First and last time. They changed a pickup order to have no bread because they were out of the specific bread, but didn't contact us for alternatives. Sandwich filling was in cups, and definitely smaller portions than the size of sandwich ordered, yet we were changed full price for the full size sandwiches with bread.

They keep putting less meat on the sandwiches. Was a little disappointed but full of flavor. Recommended is the New York Steamer. Hopefully, they fill it for you if you try it.

Will not return. Placed my togo order just fine and waited. I watched the other before me get sent out in ~ 10 minutes. I waited.... For another 20 minutes while 5 online orders were filled. I was told to just wait because they have a timer to follow to get orders out. I can appreciate that, bit you're also telling the person who is physically standing there that they are less important than someone who don't bother to come in to your faculty. What's the point? I shouldn't have to wait for 30 minutes for a sandwich while orders are made before the person physically there. I'll take my business elsewhere where my business is appreciated.
