Costumer service was very poor. Girl with red hair was extremely rude and didn’t even smile. I witnessed the two female coworkers being unsanitary touching the trash bags and trash than immediately touching food items without gloves. This was all witnessed from the drive thru but it looked very dirty inside as well.

Totally my go to for a pick me up and I've not tried a flavor I didn't like yet. Tuesday double points gets me a free drink now and then as an added bonus. The drive through menu isn't always working but just ask the window person for a menu. Just glad I don't have an Inta Juice closer to my house lol. ?

I normally don't comment or review anything on here or anywhere for that matter, but this place has given not just me, but my friend and boyfriend a bad experience. I usually don't go here anyway just because it's a treat type of thing for me whenever I crave it, but now I just want to go to the Inta Juice close to Mountain View HS. The Inta juice on Garfield is closer to us, but like I said before the experiences were not great at all (and we're never Karens).
The first occurrence was when my friend was on her way to work and she stopped by. She arrived there and the screen wasn't working (no biggie) so she proceeded to press the button "for assistance" to which there was no response. Then, she just pulled foward to the window to not make the people behind her wait longer. She arrived to the window and the employee was very rude, saying the screen worked, and made her feel dumb, instead of just being nice. This caught her off guard, and since it was something she was not expecting this made her cry. We always want to start the day off nicely and if you were having a bad day i'm sorry, but that's no reason to be rude if someone isn't being rude first.
Second occurrence was when my boyfriend and I had gotten there 15 minutes before close (we were aware they were about to close, so we wanted to be nice and just order one drink for us to share). We proceeded to park and there was staff sitting down waiting to close. When we were walking up to the door, an employee quickly got up and locked it. It still wasn't closing time, and this was before the big snow storm that hit. We were ignored and just went home. I've worked fast food before and I get it when you want to leave, especially at night, but again please be nice to your customers and if you close early it would be nice to leave a note outside, but that didn't happen.
This location would be better if employees were nice. We have had some that are great! My boyfriend has even helped them open their garage doors for drive thru. So many can call us Karens, but this treatment is unacceptable.

Can't go wrong with Inta! My favorite is the green tea! Always in and out quickly! The staff is always super cheerful and friendly.
This place is pretty good. I love the smoothies but as of late, I’ve not been able to pick up the smoothies myself because they moved the work hours since it’s cold I assume, but I put in my delivery orders on DoorDash before the timeline and now it’s been two days in a row that my order is cancelled after 20/30 minutes of order being placed. This has happened specifically 12/14 & 12/15 at around 6:46pm to 7pm ish. I am a consistent customer of them as well.

I come here frequently and one of the staff members is very rude. Couldn’t tell me why all of a sudden all my points disappeared. Also I ordered a candy cane smoothie and there were plastic pieces in it and I brought it to her attention and she said that it’s impossible. I could only take a couple drinks of the smoothie before I had throw it away because there were plastic pieces in every sip. She couldn’t do anything for me. I come here all the time and she consistently rude and in a bad mood. At this point I’m not sure if I can go back because the other staff is very friendly but the one girl is ruining it for me.

It was my first time to an INTA juice and I'll admit that I had a cold coming on so my brain was a bit foggy - I made a mistake when ordering and ended up ordering something I was allergic to. After Savannah G took my payment (and tip), she repeated my order and I realized the error. She smirked and said "Oh, did you order wrong?", so I accepted the beverage and then threw away $10. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I can absolutely own my ordering error, can you own your behavior?
