Pretty sure the tuna is more onion than tuna, the tomatoes are mushy like they are old, and the bread was so hard I couldn't get through the sandwich. Is the owner skimping on ingredients to get extra money?

Immediately accepted my order on Uber Eats, canceled 20 minutes later because they use their own drivers and didn’t have any working. Delivery is still listed as an option even after cancelling*Update* the original review was from an issue on 12/11/23, this same exact thing happened AGAIN on 12/27/23, 12/28/23, and 12/29/23. Delivery is still listed as an option after not being able to deliver on 4 separate days

Wanted to order two sandwiches for my roommate and I. I went to place the order online and it said that it couldn't be ready in the windows that it was offering on the website. It was offering 5 to 5:30 and 5:30 to 6:00 and neither option worked. When I called the restaurant they gave me an entirely different price for the two sandwiches than what the website did. It was an extra 2 to $3 more ordering through the phone. Then it was the website. When I asked the employee he just gave me a bunch of numbers and said that they just raised their prices and the website doesn't reflect their raised prices yet. And I was like well, Then I want the price that I got on the website. It was $7.99/sandwich. He was saying it was $8.39 per sandwich plus $1.50 for cheese and a bunch of other stupid s***. So I didn't order through them and I decided to never shop at this store again since they were so unreasonably stupid and unaccommodating. Wednesday December 13th 5:10pm. Keep in mind, when I was ordering on the website I was ordering for pickup and when I ordered through him I was also ordering for pickup. So I know that it wasn't a delivery charge fee or anything like that. He was overcharging me for the sandwiches. I feel like this person I talked to was uneducated and young and didn't care at all. Happy to take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

Had a very nice time during lunch with my daughter last Saturday. Food was super good, and they didn't care that we occupied a table for another 30 to 45 minutes after finishing lunch.The staff were friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Highly recommended.

Ordered for delivery and the person taking the order was not available to perform their job. Couldn't figure out how to take the order, couldn't figure out how to run a card, couldn't figure out address. Order was placed and they took it to the wrong address, got a call from the store saying that the couldn't make the delivery. Even after giving them the right address that is less than a mile from the wrong address they couldn't deliver it. Absolutely worst order ever. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

We placed a good size order today, November 5th at 3pm. We asked for sandwiches to be cut and additional toppings. None of the sandwiches were cut and no additional toppings on any of the sandwiches. $50 plus dollars and we will not eat here again.

Good, simple, cheap, quick awesome eats! About what I'd expect from a casual sandwich place.My orders tend to rotate around 3 sandwiches, the Hunter Club, the Italian Nightclub and the Totally Tuna. Decent size sandwiches with all sorts of taste :)They tend to be my go-to now if I'm in the Centerra Mall for stuff and need a quick and delicious bite.

Went there today (Sunday April 16, 23), and they were out of food. This is the second time they have been out of food to sell on a Sunday. I won’t be there for a third. Kinda disappointing.

Just visited this location, music playing full of cuss words when I walked in the door, no appropriate at all. One worker sitting up on the bench of the seat not attractive at all. The other two kids didn’t welcome me in and seemed I interrupted there lunch at 4:30pm. They took my order and didn’t bother washing there hands, I hope the gloves are good enough. Will I come back to this location probably not definitely not with my kiddos.
