The trick with fast food is to follow the organizations directions properly. The food may not be great, but it will be consistent. Today the chicken was actually really good, as we expect/hope when we go to KFC. The service was friendly and fast, and the dining room was quite clean. We went to the KFC in Longmont a few months back, and it was one of the worst experiences we've had in a long time. This was TOTALLY different. Well done.Parking: Parking lot needs re-surfacing and new lines!

I've lived in the area by this KFC for about 8 years. The building is definitely older than that, and it has a humble exterior. I didn't personally go inside until about 2 months back, and it - blew me away. This is, unironically, the cleanest and most beautifully renovated interior of any fast food joint, even better than chick-fil-a! I don't come here often because I am sadly allergic to 90% of the menu, but my roommate needs her good chicken and homey mashed potato cravings now and then. So we visited last night and had great service, even though I had to decline the offer for a fresh brownie, and I accidentally drove off without accepting back my card!Chris, the store manager I believe, ran outside in the snow and rain and dark and endangered himself to get my card back to me! I sadly, did not see his attempts and found out only this morning, but he says he has a route he takes to help people that have the same predicament and that goes way above and beyond! Chris, Cindy, and team, thank you so much for making today better, if not for being the best part of the day. Even though I can't personally visit for my dietary reasons, I'll have to drop by for a drink now and then - I highly recommend the new freezers?Parking: Good parking, the city maintains the parking lot so sometimes it has a pot hole or two but it eventually gets up to code and was good last time I visited!Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair accessible parking lot! All on an even area.

I'm very upset about my 60 dollar order. I was missing my gravy and the Mac n cheese was sour and the chicken pot pie was all potato paste inside. Only thing we ate was the chicken and the dry mash potatoes with not gravy. Literally the worste KFC I've ordered from ive never had it this bad.?
