Update January 2024. Works pizza slightly more expensive and light on sauce, cheese, and veggies. Thick crust with big margins. Server cute but pierced and tatted and not paying attention. Outfit more like my belly dancer costume than appropriate for a restaurant but she wore it well. I didn't like the check being dumped without asking if we wanted anything else -- but with three tables in the place, assuring us we could take our time was irksome. Not thrilled. Lunch October 2023 Lunch is quiet, service was great, learned something about donating body parts. Chair was mucky . Restroom. clean. My new favorite place ?. June 2023 Love the bar/restaurant. Good service and good pizza but slow and onions were incinerated. No tissue in the restroom tho otherwise clean. Will check out the specials. July 2022 We visited this location for the first time. All orders are to go. There's a nice patio, tho storms threatened so we took half home. Be advised that tap water isn't available so small bottles of spring water were substituted with no refund when we protested. Our fault. Their version of the cobb salad was delicious and the 10 inch Works pizza is a favorite. We were given an extra bowl so we could share, plus forks and sealed dressing with packets of parmesan, etc. Order guy was sort of wearing his mask, with nose showing. So nice we can get good pizza in Loveland now. CSU voted Krazy Karl's Best for 8 years running and the price is reasonable.

We ordered $100 worth of pizza for our work Christmas lunch. When we opened it, this is what the pizza looked like. There were other issues like it took an hour and a half to get delivered but they said since it was ordered through a third party app. They couldn't do anything about it. When we told them that the meat on the pizza was burnt and it was not edible, they said that's how it's supposed to look when it is cooked that the pepperonis curl up into a cup. I've had this pizza before and it was good so I understand what the pepperonis usually look like but this is definitely burnt. And even though we ordered through a third party app for delivery, Krazy Karl's is responsible for the burnt pizza and they think that this is normal and meets their standards (see pic in their photos). So you can decide for yourself. I know every company makes mistakes but to stand by this pizza and not at least offer a coupon for a free pizza so they can try to get it right next time is poor customer service. We just had to throw it out and find something else to eat. I always think you can tell a lot about a company by the way they handle their mistakes. So in my opinion I would just avoid this place.

When we walked in We went and sat down at a table, and it took the waiter. Diana probably five minutes to get off of her phone behind the bar and come ask us what we would like for our drinks, even though there was only One other table with two guys at it that had already been served their food she Took our drink orders and went and sat on her phone again then, when she finally brought us our drinks, she sat the drinks down and walked away. We had to call her back to the table to put in our order. Once we put in our order, it took around half an hour for our food to show up even though, we were the only people sitting down once our food came she put down our burnt pizza which we reluctantly ate and she did not come back to check on us and ask if we needed anything I had to get up and go get her attention because she was wearing headphones and on her phone behind the bar again so that I could get my dipping sauces that I had already asked for if you’re that slow service should be fast, I would normally understand if they were busy but this waiter Diana was on her phone the entire time, and a very poor waiter
