I order a Bacon QPC and the order came wrong, but the general manager Chris was very nice with me and they remade it my order plus gave me a complimentary French fries for free. Was super tasty ? and Chris really made the experience great!!

My daughter and I went in to get our food. We waited at the counter for over ten minutes. When the young man came to take our order he was more worried about what was happening in his phone then taking our order. I had to repeat the order twice and he still got her happy meal wrong. He had a bad attitude and terrible customer service. Thankfully the other gentleman working fixed our order was polite and had great customer service. His service is the only reason I gave this experience two stars.

I recently went through the drive thru with my 4 year old and he was being his normal silly self yelling “I want a hamburger!” The employee taking our order was so sweet with him and started having a conversation through the speaker. He gave him an extra toy and even made him say “thank you”. He was absolutely wonderful.

They need whole new crew this crew is really cocky and no customer service skills. I saw a mice come out the bathroom place is extremely dirty!!
While on my way home from a VA appointment, I stopped and ordered2 Sausage Mc Muffins, soda, and a hash brown. When I arrived home, East Loveland, I received 2 ham and egg sandwiches. NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR LIKE. With all the other fast food places in the area, this will be the last time we ever eat there again. Friday Feb 23 0900 hours. See the picture.

The restaurant is not very clean but the play area is even worse, it’s disgusting. I would highly recommend the restaurant pay for a professional company to come in and steam clean the play area. Honestly, I don’t think it’s been cleaned in years. ?
