I am very disappointed in this place, because my family and I are customers and we ordered Caramel Espresso Frappé Slushie drinks and the person who made them did so inefficiently, gave us whipped milk without any flavor and on top of everything he charged us the price as if he had sold us what we really wanted? ?

Honestly so disappointed. Me and my partner never venture out on the weekends and the one night we do, it's snowing a little (it's Colorado nothing we aren't used to). We shopped around foothills mall in Fort Collins and Decided we wanted something sweet around 8 pm on our way home. Before we even left Fort Collins we looked up to see what time this place closed. Clearly says 9. We get there and this place is closed. Why open a buisness in Colorado if you can't manage to stay open for a little snow.

The kids love stopping here for a treat! They're workers are very pleasant and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Lots of fun to get a treat and walk around centerra afterwards.

We came in a hour before close and was told no hot drinks or hot ice cream because girl working “did not want to make any” as she said and was very rude and disrespectful when we said it was quite alright. Always have a great experience besides this one

Soo many flavors of gelato! We tried 4 of them, all delicious. Nice little picnic tables out front to sit at. Friendly staff. $14 for two regulars, just right.

Flavours both complex and playfully simple; I am so glad this place continues to thrive, even if there’s not much left in Centerra itself. This is true milky flavourful gelato in the European style. Truly a special institution to have in Loveland !

My wife and I were very excited to find this Paciugo in Colorado. In our previous homes in Chicago and Minneapolis our local Paciugo locations closed on us.Paciugo is probably the very best chain gelato store in America. The level of quality and decadence is unmatched. While there are very good vegan and gluten free options, I myself especially enjoy their full fat gelatos. So delicious!
