My friend and I got the same order except she got a plate and I got a bowl, they charged us the exact same amount except I got less because “it was the better deal” I would appreciate if the employees here would just charge the customers for what they order rather than charging what they think “is the best price”

We had a bad 1st experience, we called and they totally made up for it, they are awesome and it was just a small fluke and I'm glad we decided to go back. Thank you guys. Manager was amazing and food was great. They made our fresh. Thank you all.

Doing business next door at T-Mobile. Went to Panda Express. No line. My timing's just good. They're usually always busy. So the food is always fresh. Always hot. They always get the line down very quickly good service. I gave a review last week on them and realized that they had asked me if there was wheelchair service. I noticed that there was this time. I would recommend it anytime to anyone.Vegetarian options: Only thing there for vegetarians is rice noodles and vegetables sides.Wheelchair accessibility: It's definitely wheelchair accessible nice long ramp on the west side of the building. Handicap parking as well.

Showed up here 20 minutes before closing after rushing to get here cause we were craving panda only to pull up and park and the last walks up and literally locked the doors @ 9:40. If you’re gonna make your own hours why have hours posted?

This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, I’ve tried going in an hr to 2 hrs before they close and they are rude and pull the food , I tried to be understanding so I thought I’d go in another time, Went in today! And not only do I see and hear them making constant mistakes that are so simple not to do they get rude about it and act like they can’t understand you and then blame you for the mistakes, like no . The food is dry here and so are the employees attitudes . The best part is my boyfriend’s plate had hair and someone’s nail like do they do this on purpose? Disgusting

I called to confirm the app was right as it was missing items, the lady on the phone was very nice about it and informative and said they were out of those items. She tried to make me an order over the phone even though I wanted to get delivery and couldn't place it over the phone. She was amazing with customer service and she did it all calmly while subtly being rushed. (I noticed but didn't say anything) I wish I could tip her. The food is amazing as well. Ate every bite, got here hot.

Ordered online but selected the wrong location. However the manager at the time ( forgot her name but she was so sweet ) just had me call the location I accidentally ordered to and then fixed everything so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Greeley because of my mistake. Amazing service and I really appreciate

Just came in, it was an hour before close and 90% of the food had already been pulled, nothing I wanted was available. A large group came in behind me and I could hear one of the employees say "kitchen's closed" to another employee jokingly. Again, still an hour before the listed closing time. Having worked in similar restaurants, I can say this is a terrible way to do business and I will not be coming back.
