The GF pizza crust is gooey and raw after cooking it per the instructions. I do not recommend Papa Murphys GF crust.

Please have the women put their hair up when they are making pizzas or a hairnet or something. I should have canceled my order after watching the hair drag across the top of someone’s pizza - super unappetizing. Salad looked great on the top, but was wilted and going bad underneath.
My appointment across the street took a lot less time than expected, so I showed up almost an hour before my scheduled pickup to get the food. The staff there was awesome, helped me out, and were very polite. Great crew tonight!!!

This has got to be the worst location ever, horrible service, errors on orders, but this last visit takes the cake. Placed my order online with a pickup time of 6:00pm, I even arrived at 6:30 to give them extra time in case they were busy. My pizza was not ready when I got there, and I was told they had not even started making it yet and I would need to wait another 40 minutes for it to be ready. No apologies and when I said that was unacceptable and I could not wait and to please cancel and refund my order, they became even more rude and said they would try but it would be tomorrow at the earliest and they could not guarantee I would get a refund. Truly horrible and sad business practices and a terrible representation of the Papa Murphy’s name.

Nobody would answer the phone for 45 minutes and then when I went in there were no customers and the staff still wouldn't answer the phone even after I told them I was calling and nobody would answer. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the customer service!!!!

Smallest calzone I've ever seen! should have just ordered a stuffed pizza. The calzone are pre made and in the cool loke a salad! not made live, not a fan, never again! price way too much.
