Strike 3, you're out! For the 3rd time in a row my order was messed up. We used to order Papa Murphy's on a weekly basis, but I give up on getting what I really ordered. There are other options for pizza.

A/ have your employee wear a hair net/ beard net. B/ teach your employee how to speak English not mumble language. C/ teach your employee what your specials are. I asked over the phone if you had the $6.99 two topping medium and he told me it was only available Tuesday. I hung up and ordered online. Only to get there and find your employee fumbling around acting like he didn't know where he was. Do better!

It was a fabulous experience. The girl that took my order (Riley) and made my pizza, was super friendly and quick. Probably one of the best visits ive had at one of the papa murphys locations in loveland! Go team eisenhower!!!❤️❤️

I am giving Papa Murphy's 5 stars all the way as we normally get awesome pizza, and service. Don't know what happened the other day. Didn't notice it until we got home. Somebody did a terrible job. Just check your pizza before you leave!!

Did not get monkey bread with order. No red sauce on either pizza. Asked for no cheese got cheese. Did not get cheese on pizza that was supposed to have cheese. Paid for extra sausage and extra beef. Placed an order online and realized forgot to add my toppings. I called the store to ask if they can add them. They said they said they’ll take care of it. When I Got my pizza, they added them! So very happy they saved the day!

I waited an hour and a half to pick this order. It was supposed to be ready by 5:45. I got there and it wasn't ready I said I'd come back in an hour. I showed up he still hadn't made it. I finally got it but this is unacceptable I feel like the owner needs to hire some more people. Or have longer wait times don't guarantee something if it's not going to be ready. Also I had asked for a refund. But neither employee that was there knew how to give one. I think some people need to be trained
100% Disappointed and feel totally ripped off! $11 for a tiny calzone and the dude working could care less ? haven't been there in 6 months and won't be going back anytime soon! Honestly 711 pizza is better and they cook for you! Do Not Recommend.

Not a reflection on Papa Murphy's, but the Non-dairy Gormet Veggie Delight Thin Crust pizza is terrible! Something about the creamy garlic sauce paired with the Daiya "cheese" is just plain goopy and nasty. Been going to Papa Murphy's for years and won't let this stop me. Hoping to help others with this post.

Loved it... will definitely be back and they take ebt!!! I had a medium extra cheese, Canadian bacon, pineapple and Jalapeños. I added Mozerella balls at home. Hubby had the papa's Murphys combo. It was good. I wanna try the cowboy... and my twist on a chicken herb. Tomatoes, olives, spinach, chicken, herbs, creamy oil sauce.
