Probably the worst managed qdoba in northern colorado, if not the entire state…clearly needs changes from the top down.Kitchen floor is consistently disgusting, service counters are always unclean. Service is slow ( however, there is one young man who does 90% of the work while others stand around). Full breakfast menu is rarely available due to lack of food preparation. Overall, an unpleasant experience compared to other qdobas in the area.

Very disappointed! Placed an order for a burrito and burrito bowl for delivery. My burrito was almost entirely rice, and several toppings were missing. The bowl was the same way. Plus the price has gone up several dollars per item. Used to be a regular but we will certainly reconsider now...

Used to come here a lot... until tonight, I ordered a bowl(citrus lime Shrimp), the high school idiot who was making our food refused to NOT put black beans in it...I wasn't trying to substitute anything, I ordered it off the picture, I just didn't want black beans. They refused and said they can't deviate from the picture/recipe. I changed my order and got a chicken burrito and the kid had the gaul to ask if I wanted beans. Worst QDoba employee.Edit...we tried them again tonight 3/6/24, they still suck, the manager needs to either be replaced or trained better. Again an issue with the shrimp, the person front of us got 4 scoops in their bowl, I ordered a surf and turf burrito and was told it would be 10 minutes for shrimp...A) who gets 4 scoops of shrimp? B) in what world do we live in that it take 10 minutes to cook shrimp? Dear owner of this location please fire your manager and retrain your staff.

Worst 2 experiences I have ever had with this company. Went in to pick up some to go food that was pre-ordered, still waited almost 20 minutes for 1 adult entree and 2 kids meals, that was after they found the order after going through about 30 tickets. There was only 1 person in line and 5 visible employee's on shift. The place was complete trashed to the point that it would have been acceptable to call the health department with pictures. Second trip too much to list. Other locations great.

The most awful customer service I've ever had and lack there of! My family of 4 went to this location so excited for a good lunch. When we got there we saw 5 employees and not 1 person looked at us or acknowledged us. We. We're the only people in line and we stood there for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. We left because my kids were hungry and no one seemed to want our service. Absolutely incredible how awful this was. We have no interest in giving qdoba our money in the future.

Watched them serve about 10 customers before my online order placed before any of those people got there was completed. This has been a continuous issue. I guess I will just stand in line next time and tell them to start on the order since they ignore online even after you arrive.

I always find Qudoba to be a good fast food choice. This branch was clean and efficient.
Exactly what a fast food restaurant should be. Clean and tidy, staff is always friendly and outgoing, they don't have problems fulfilling special requests. Have always had a good experience here.
