I don't wanna get into full details for personal reasons. But I will explain a little bit.My fiance, father, and I went to Red Robin Easter Night. I felt horrible because we got there 20 minutes before closing (thought they were open another hour; had no idea they closed an hour early that night). But the waitress was trying to set my mind at ease. She still took us and sat us down. The food was awesome! Her service was awesome! The three of us had a blast that night. We made her stay after closing and she never got mad at us for that. I would definitely go back to Red Robin and that location just because of how nice the staff was to us.

Kind of pricey, but it's worth it. The food is good, the service is good. It can be a little noisy at times, but fun place.

Unfortunately another poor service and food taste at this location. Started off great as the manager actually greeted and then sat us, engaged in casual and friendly conversation before handing us over to our server who was not really attentive throughout service and didn't check in often enough to prevent frustration on our end. Burger lacked flavor, spouse's salad was good he said.

We have been enjoying Red Robin for years because of their terrific gluten-free buns and dedicated gf fryer. They were the best gf buns anywhere. They didn't fall apart and the taste was great. Recently we went to Red Robin and made a usual order with gf buns. We were disappointed because something had changed and they no longer had the great taste and were quite bland, like most gf buns. They held together alright, but they were no longer a treat. Red Robin will no longer be my first choice when I'm looking for a great gf burger.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant still does a good job keeping gf safe.
