First time trying Silver Mine tonight and there won’t be a second. Ordered at 5:00, delivery to our house that is less than a mile away took 90 minutes and arrived without the chips we ordered. And my Piles Peak or Bust was an absolute bust — first ingredient was avocado and the sandwich did not have a single slice on it. Ordered it on wheat, it was in white. Hubby got sandwich arrived cold.

My first time here I was really impressed. This time I got a home steak and they didn’t add onions or cheese and the BBQ chicken was totally dry and seriously lacking a decent amount of BBQ sauce.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER I plaed an order last night December 23rd and never got it through door dash. I called the store and they said it was because they where out of the bread I ordered through door dash. So I said this is fine and the gentleman on the other Said he would cancel the order. The order never got canceled. And door dash never took the hit. I took that hit. So this is less of a bashing on silvermin just there option to put themselves onto a platform that delivers food when they already have a platform that delivers food. P.S if you read this whole thing thanks hit door dash not silvermin themselves. Unless you want to hit them for making the decision to join a stupid app.

The sandwiches are legit. We got two different versions of an Italian and both were excellent. Way better than any corporate sandwich. Service is hit or miss. My only complaint is the location is difficult to get in and out of.

They have really gone downhill. I ordered through their app and the salad was disgusting. I called to complain and first their voice-mail was full. The second time I called the manager basically said "So? That's what you ordered" I am never using them again. What a waste of $20

Their food is always great, and they're open late! Customer service has sometimes been so-so though. They could be more attentive to their customers at times, and they spend a lot of time talking with co-workers. Still, will keep coming back, as they are the only place open till 3 a.m., for dine in, and delivery! Thank you!
