We used to like Subway. I tried the Eisenhower Location in Loveland. There was only one employee. She was nice, no problem there. We ordered 2 Footlongs. When I got it home there was hardly any meat or cheese or vegetables in them. We paid over 27.00 dollars which included a small tip. It was mostly bread. We won't be going back any time soon.

Arrived at the designated time to pick up my online order. ONE employee. On phone ~ 10 minutes. Online showed order was ready. WAS NOT READY. After employee got off phone started making another online order, 2 sandwiches for the lady that was already there waiting. Took 25 MINUTES for him to complete that order!!!!!!! It is now 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be available (I've been waiting here the whole time) and he has just started my order. THIS IS TOALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I can say I will NOT USE THIS SUBWAY again. I may not use Subway at all in the future. They just don't seem to have any real concern for the customer. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Second time in weeks that I was disappointed. First time I ordered 3 sandwiches online: 1 had the wrong sauce, 1 was OK but had way too much sauce and 1 was the complete wrong sandwich. Today was horrible. Again ordered 3 sandwiches online, waited 30 minutes for email to show they were ready and nothing. So I figured I'd go in. There were 4 people in line with one employee trying to make sandwiches but obviously under the influence of meth or something similar, and the other employee was doing something around the side. I asked if my order could be cancelled so I could go to the one on 10th (which, I just picked up from and it's amazing). They didn't even have a manager there with credentials to cancel the order, they had to call soemone!! I will never visit this store again, they are always out of items, improperly staffed and dirty.

This is usually my Subway of choice because it is near my home. I had a problem one day last week. I noticed the online ordering was down, so I decided to just take the short two minute drive to the store about 10am. It was closed. The sign specifically states that it opens at 9am.Today, I ordered online for pickup. The app said it was ready. I went to the store, but it wasn't ready. Poor guy was working by himself. I find it inappropriate for only one employee to be running the store, especially during a busy time of day. To the owner and/or manager: take your lazy rumpus to the store to pick up the slack! ONE employee? Not only is that an inconvenience for customers and the employees, it is a safety risk!! If he needs medical care or is robbed, you will have a damn lawsuit on your hands!
