Ordered online from this location. And they didn't prepare any of the chips or drinks for order pickup. So that had to be done by us. Then got all the way home and started eating the Italian sandwich I ordered only to realize that they hadn't put any oil and vinegar on the sandwich. Call the store. Let them know what happened. They told me I could come back and pick up some packets. No apology either on the phone or when I drove all the way back to pick up condiments that should have already been on my sandwich eating up more gas then these condiments probably cost to purchase.

Ladies tonight about 7pm didnt seem to be all together to make 2 listed sandwiches in an empty restraunt, took 30 mins. Not here to complain but here to give an honest review of my experience. Argued double meat because they hadn't cut any, visibly dirty restraunt, and 1st lady we walked in to see was talking so fast could barely understand her before she disappeared. Didn't offer to toast sandwiches. Sometimes stuff happens, I try to be nice and easy to work with but had to remind 2nd lady making my sandwich how to make it a few times and it was listed on the board. I'd definitely review footage or something, guessing it's more than just me upset by the behaviour tonight. HOPING it was just bad timing.

I asked for a tuna salad & when I got to the checkout, I was charged for a protein bowl. Please teach your workers the difference between a salad & a protein bowl. As much as I like your tuna salad, that much tuna is a lot, I wasn't able to eat all the tuna, so it was a waste of food & money for me. Thank youDietary restrictions: I am a borderline diabetic I can't eat all that bread in a sandwich. So, I order salads.

Service is terrible simply because of lack of employees and how the managerial staff overwork the others. Food is alright (if you can wait forever for one worker to do 12 online orders by themselves before yours). And then if you have the time to wait for the register to restart(20+ Minutes). Problems would be solved with more employees.

Employees never wash their hands at this location. Also, they act like it's an inconvenience when they have to make a sandwich. No thanks on eating there.
