It's okay. You can make multiple better sandwiches at home for a cheaper price however.

Thought I'd try something different for lunch. Walked in this Subway close by, and the place looked clean. No other customers though. (I should've left then.) Felt stings on my legs and feet while standing by the counter. Possible mites. Okay, I told the employee she should spray some disinfectant (Lysol works), in that area. She looked like she didn't care. No response. She asked what I wanted? I said I wanted to try a protein bowl. The sign said "...turn any foot long sandwich into a protein bowl..." The young woman stared at me with a blank look. I pointed to the sign and I read it to her. I told her I wanted the oven roasted turkey. She stared at me a few more seconds and then said, "So do you want... like a salad?" I said NO, I wanted a protein bowl. She frowned and she grabbed a bowl.Good, she knew where the bowls were. Why was she looking so confused then? The bowl is the size of an average cereal bowl. Maybe 12 to 14 oz. (See photo.)I looked around and no other employees up front, but I was getting a bad feeling this young woman didn't know what I wanted. She asked me which one I wanted, so I repeated, "...the oven roasted turkey, please..." She grabbed a handful of turkey which was paper thin (like Kleenex tissue), and counted a few slices into the bowl. She threw the rest of the turkey back in the metal pan. Then she pushed the pieces she just counted DOWN, into the bottom of the bowl - similar to someone patting pastry dough on a pie plate on a cooking show. ???!She asked me what cheese I wanted? I said none. I'm allergic, I told her. She slid the plate down the counter by the cold veggies. "What veggies?", she asked. I chose some fresh veggies and she proceeded to grab handfuls of veggies I chose, and pile them on top of the turkey. The bowl filled up to the top. I paid $8.99 + a 15% tip if $1.43 + taxes = total of $11.02.THEN, she sniffled loudly right as she was finishing up and I froze! "Are you sick?", I asked her. She paused then wiped her nose with her arm and she said, "I just have allergies - you know, just allergies..."She handed me the bowl, then turned away. Her back was towards me. It sounded like she needed to go blow her nose! I couldn't tell for sure, but she may have wiped her nose. (I prayed she was being honest. I have contact with very frail people and wouldn't want to make anyone sick. At least I try to stay healthy. I wash my hands often and wear a mask everywhere, unless I'm home.)I looked around the counters and saw no silverware, no napkins, nothing. I asked, "Do you have a fork?" She said yes and she had taken off her plastic gloves, but she handed me some plastic utensils. I accepted them because they were individually wrapped.I repeated to her, "You really need to get some disinfectant and spray this area up front..." Again, no response. So I go to my car and I look at what she gave me. The amount of cold turkey at the bottom of the bowl MIGHT cover a slice of white bread - enough to make a sandwich. It's definitely not enough for a foot long sub - NO WAY.So is this a PROTEIN BOWL? SORRY, NO - not in my opinon. She made me a SALAD with a little turkey crust on the bottom. What did I expect? A protein bowl to me, is some meat (heated up on a grill or in an oven), some beans, eggs (hardboiled or scrambled), maybe some bacon, or the option of adding a second meat choice, THEN a sauce like bbq, teriyaki, soy or spicy, one or two veggies, and last - some cheese on top. (I don't eat cheese but many people do.) That's a PROTEIN bowl! There are people on diets or on dialysis, even athletes - that would probably love a REAL protein bowl.UPDATE... 11 23 2022, PM... I have a cough, runny nose and congestion. I can't say for sure if I got it after eating this 'protein' bowl, but the young woman that waited on me was sniffling and had NO MASK.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicapped spot was right in front of the South facing entrance, but still had

I normally love going to this subway but after todays experience probably not. I asked for light mustard and mayo and didn’t exactly get that :(

Today, when my fiancé and I went there, we met one of your employees. I didn’t catch his name, but he wore one earring and he was growing his hair out. He said that he was from Texas. He did Batman impressions. Super goofy guy. Anyway, I just wanted to point him out to you guys because he was really awesome and you don’t want to let that one go. He got both of us laughing even though we were hangry and running errands. He made suggestions on the recipe for my sandwich and I ended up with a new favorite sandwich. Definitely a big personality. Don’t take that one for granted. People like that are hard to find.

I placed a $50 order at 5pm on Thursday night. The money was taken out of my account and I show up to pick up the subs and the place was closed. All doors locked no sign or anything.

Girl there was super nice. But she made my sandwich pretty bad. Everything literally all fell out as soon as I opened it and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. It definitely wasn’t too full. Please make better sandwiches. I had to assemble my sandwich

very bad experience with some lady over. she said The toaster is not working. and i asked her is The restroom open she said said I don't think so. Acting like she doesn't work there. But I think this behavior is racist

What subway experience by far! I understand they are understaffed but it shouldn’t be an excuse to keep lazy employees. The guy who made the sandwiches left the lady’s before mine in the oven and burnt it before wrapping it into a ball to give to her. He burnt my bacon so much I don’t think you could even call it bacon anymore.

2 stars given thanks to Ryan being great with helping me and being kind, otherwise I would give this no stars due to the experiences I've had with Chrissy for over a year now. Never pleasant, will find anything to do to avoid helping customers, has an attitude towards everyone, consistently late on opening restaurant. After my experience this morning I had to write a review along with informing corporate of my experiences with her. I try to give her the benefit of the doubt but this has been a constant issue. Today was the breaking point as I left work to go grab a sandwich quick on my break and arrived at 9:04 (opening times posted everywhere saying 9am) and the doors were locked (not first time she hasn't opened on time). Went back to my car to give her time to open, waited over 10 minutes watching her stand at the cash register doing nothing. I got out again and she took off to hide in the back and the door was still locked. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and she never returned. Kept trying to call and she wouldn't answer. Went back to work and decided I'd try again on my lunch break. Walked in and she was working with Ryan (5 stars his way), and when she saw me she went back to the back again and wouldn't help me even though there was no reason for it. Mind you, I have never once been rude to her and have given the benefit of the doubt that she's just going through a rough time. Ryan came to help me after he was done with a customer and I kindly asked if there was a reason they weren't open at 9 because I was just curious. He said he didn't arrive until 10 so he needed to ask Chrissy so he called her to the front and she avoided me again, and he asked her why it wasn't open at 9 to which she smirked and went to the back without a word. I have never seen an employee at any facility act this way and was shocked. If she's the manager then I am genuinely shocked at how she acts. Ryan apologized on her behalf and continued to help me. If he wasn't there I'm honestly not even sure if she would have helped me since she recognized me from standing outside waiting for her to open.

Unbelievably poor service. I walk up to order and she is wiping down counters. I stand there for at least a minute, she sees me but keeps wiping off counter. Finally I order. While I'm eating another customer comes in and she's now on a foot stool wiping down the menu signs. Sees the customer but keeps wiping. Then she gets down and walks out into back room. Customer is still standing there. After 1-2 minutes she comes out and takes order. Wow!
