Love the food absolutely delicious

The food used to be great. Years ago when the ToP first came to Loveland it was fantastic. I ate at the Ft. Collins location several times and was good when the finally opened in Loveland. Over the years the quality has declined. Last night I are and the cook overcooked the meat to the point where there was a dark char on the top of my Philly. My son has a buffalo Philly which tasted like they added vinegar to the sauce because they were running low. I feel bad as I want this place to be successful, but currently the staff isn't getting there.

The Philly was a good steak sandwich, good flavor and amount of goodies. Good sandwich. But... not a philly cheesesteak in any way. Sorry, it just wasn't close. Also, I felt that even though the sandwich I got was good, it was also way overpriced for what it was.Super friendly staff, clean store, and good food. But for the price mainly, I will head elsewhere for food.

We walked in and no one was there to greet us. There was a sign that said to yell out to someone as they were in the back. But they were just talking out of sight. The person that gave us our food had no personality. The food was so flavorless this time. I have had it in the past and it has been good and today it tastes like nothing. Also, we were quoted 25 minutes for it to be ready. We showed up at 15 minutes and the food was already done and sitting on the counter. It was lukewarm by the time we got home. Bummer, this place used to be better. Just seems like the staff doesn't care or want to be bothered.

Wow have things changed ! Have not been able to come here for awhile and was so excited because Taste of Philly has a special place in my past, but highly expensive, portion was small, people couldn't care less that I was there ( almost annoyed to even deal with my order ) and well ........ pics are worth a 1,000 words. So sad ( didn't even want to post the facilities ) ! The pic of the fan doesn't show it very well but, the amount of dust and grease on it is crazy. It's horrifying to think what the kitchen looks like. Didn't even fill up my $3 small drink and got half way through the fries and grossed myself out. Sorry about the post but this is the main reason we don't eat out that much anymore.

I've always loved the food here.I have had more good than bad experiences and food here. They have had some ups and downs, but remain in business for a reason.Had some problems with staff in the past, owner never "owned up" or replied. It's been a while, just tried going there again.I was greeted by the same happy Wonderful woman I've seen before, and got a great sandwich I've been missing!!!The hot popper is my fav!!!!Seems like they are back to normal amazing business!!!I'm glad they may have gotten rid of the "bad apples" . Good service and nice people are hard to come by, but ALWAYS appreciated!!!Thank you taste of Philly, my sandwich was delicious!

Best sandwiches in town! Plenty of meat and plenty of flavor. Cooked fresh to order. Friendly woman at the counter. Reasonable prices. Inside of restaurant is rather worn and the fluorescent lights are too bright.

We've been coming here frome Longmont on a regular basis for two years. The sandwiches are great which is why they got three stars. Today when I went to pick up our cheesesteaks and large mushrooms I mentioned they forgot the Styrofoam with mushrooms. She said they didn't have Styrofoam containers so we got bags instead. There were half the mushrooms than we usually pay for. I gave the woman a chance to make it right with more mushrooms or money back and she just stared at me. It's ok if you're going to change things up, but don't rip your customers off. Paying $7.00 for half the product is not cool.

I should have left when I started to order, I got some bad vibes at this business. The older lady didn't seem very friendly and I had to wait a half an hour for 2 sandwiches. I should have opened them up before I left. When I got home and opened the bag there was hardly any chicken and the other sandwich was all lettuce, and tomato. Please hire people that care, because I will never go back to this place unless I am in the area and I will tell the management what happened. This place has the worst food, customer service, wait time and overall bad vibes. Taste of Philly needs to be fixed or put out of business. I was there October 13 or 14

This is my go to sandwich spot. Super friendly staff. They are busy often, but that is never an issue. They always make a great sandwich!
