We have been ordering from Coffee Grail since 2022 and have never been disappointed in their quality, service, and timely delivery. There have been times when we forgot to order before being out of beans and they were so helpful in getting us beans ASAP so we would have our morning brew. I highly recommend them as your coffee bean roaster!

Found CG online and wasn't sure if system was going to work the way it was advertised (i.e. roast right at time of purchase with in-area delivery) but it does! 2lbs of coffee delivered to doorstep a couple days after ordering, roasted day before, and the coffee is excellent!! As fresh as it gets! Very impressed - will continue to order from here and can't wait to try all the varieties.

The cofounder emailed me immediately after I placed my order to save me $8.50 on shipping because I'm local. To top of the spectacular customer service and support. Their selection of beans and roast preferences, along with sizes of bags ranging from 1 pound to 5 pounds. Keep the money local and drink the good stuff.

I am so happy I found The Coffee Grail because it is incredible! They have a wide selection of great coffee, and you can choose your roast preference and whole bean or grind for each. I have loved all of the samples I have tried. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! They care about their customers, and they care about the quality of coffee beans they are providing. The free local delivery has been wonderful. I don't know of any other local business that would deliver their fresh roasted coffee to your doorstep late at night! I cannot recommend this place enough. I found my new coffee roaster!

BEWARE! I believe this is a scam site. I ordered an $8 bag of espresso beans on July 30. At that time they were taking Paypal. I paid with that. That means they had access to my email address but not my credit card number. The transaction went through on August 1. 16 days later and I have neither seen any beans nor heard any thing from this company about the beans. Glad I did paypal so they didn't get my credit card! The charge went through under the name of Eric Elwell. Oh, and 2 weeks later their website does not use paypal, they want you to give them your credit card number directly.
This is my new favorite coffee source! The owners have great knowledge of various coffees and roasts, and the best part is the freshness. Highly recommended.

They dropped a free sample by Tri City Cycle where I work and it was amazing! Just placed our first order this afternoon and the dropped it off on our front porch at 6:30pm tonight! It’s Sunday! And they do free local delivery! Amazing coffee, amazing customer service and totally reasonable pricing. Great job! Support this local coffee roaster
