Classic chicken - rubbery, lettuce texture and taste is questionable if real lettuce. This isn't the only time I'm questioning this, but over more trials meals.

Today 2/8/24 my fiance and I went to get some dinner. Note we love Wendy's and this experience really turned us away from wanting to go back. So extremely frustrated right now. So we order our food the guys says your total is 31.00 even at the first window. We get to the window and the guy taking the money says your total is 42.82. then we reply saying the guy who took the order said it was 31 even and he says "I'm just the guy that takes the money" he said you'll see on the receipt that it's correct, we said "sorry, the guy who took the order said it was 31", that we weren't mad. He replies with "ya it's not the 90's any more". He hands us the receipt and sure enough it wasn't our order. He then ask for help and the guy who helped him said it was a online order and that there's no way our card was charged, that it doesn't work like that" Me being superstition I checked my account as he was actively charging for our order. Sure enough we were definitely charged the 42.82 AND 31.00. This all could have been avoided if the guy who took our payment would have asked us what we ordered instead of waiting until the payment went through and showing us the receipt. We told him that the total wasn't correct and instead he just ignored us. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my money back. Didn't have enough money to pick up my medication since I was charged a total of 73.82 for two meals!They didnt seem to even care that not only one employee didn't know what they were doing but two with the guy saying there's no way we would have been charged.Now I have to dispute it. So I have to file a claim, wait for the forms to come in the mail, fill it out and send it back, wait until it's figured out then I get my money 5-7 business days. So incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. I didn't make the mistake but definitely paying for it in more then just money now.

Quality is gone downhill. The burger are dry, the French fries are usually over-salty. Everything is more greasy... For the price you pay, you might as well go to In-n-out, 5x better quality for the exact same price!

The tables were dirty! Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while!! No one doing anything in the dinning area three teens taking up back of dining area laying all over each other loud and cussing no one in management seemed to care !! Wow Wendy's going down hill Very disappointed ☹️☹️
