Deeply flavorful, fully authentic, always delicious Thai food. Absolutely worth a stop, I cannot recommend eating here enough. Food takes a while, but it is more than worth the wait.

Delicious, authentic Thai food. Notably takeout since the pandemic. Don’t be in a hurry if you order here; although food may be ready in 20 minutes, it can be an hour or more during high demand times, and that’s simply how it is.

This restaurant is horrible. The food is made of the absolute cheapest ingredients and tastes awful. One of those places you want to give a 0 star review, but can’t because it’s not an option. If you know what Thai food is supposed to taste like, DO NOT COME HERE! Everything was the horrible, we got two different noodle dishes and the Tom Yum soup.First time visitor of Colorado and we stayed in the Longmont area to hike the Rockies. After a tough hike we were left with few dining options on a weeknight and this was one of the few non-chain restaurants open. It’s so important to support small businesses, however this is not one of them!!While Julie was friendly when I was ordering, but things seemed a bit hectic when I went into get our meal. The restaurant doesn’t have dine in options, but it was dirty and messy inside. Our meal took longer than expected but Julie was nice enough. After I paid and tipped, I was provided a box to carry out my items which included a soup. I was super careful but it’s a disaster waiting to happen.By the time we arrived to our hotel and started eating we realized the food tasted off. The Tom Yum soup was one of the worst soups I have ever tasted. It was made with the absolute crappiest broth concentrate - not authentic and it tasted SO SO BAD. The fake sour taste and the strange sweetness was completed by old tasting mushrooms and uncooked cherry tomatoes. Whyyyy?????The noodle dishes we ordered were also awful! We got the Pad Kee Mao and the Pad See Ew. The Pad See Ew was inedible, every bite was worse than the last. The sauce was horrible and inauthentic (like a dollar store version of sweet & sour?), and the chicken has a strange chewy texture. It was completely indelible. The Pad Kee Mao was slightly better but the chicken seemed old and dry. We were able to muster about 4-5 bites. We barely ate any of the food - we ended up having leftover bread and a few apples for dinner. If you want decent food, just go anywhere else. My experience was all around horrible, and when I got ahold of the restaurant, I was unable to get a refund. Absolutely not worth the time, money and effort to eat this food. Honest rating is 0/5 stars.

Be prepared to wait, order two hours ahead. Everything is made from scratch. Healthy and delicious.

There food rocks (I don’t think there are many good places in Longmont). Their dining room is under construction so you have to do take out for now. We will be back! Their kids meal was so cute too!Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to pork and they were able to take care of it!

The food here is great - very fresh and spicy. Loved my noodles and soup! They are not open for dining in and the service is a little spotty (not giving silverware). Overall, great place to get good Thai food for takeout.

Omg that's the green curry I've been looking for! I highly recommend eating here if you are able. If you like Thai cooking you'll love this place!

Ross told me this is one of the best Thai places in Longmont/Lyon. I could see why people like their pad thai with tofu and fried eggs, but the fried rice I got was really plain. I also asked for medium spicy but didn't taste anything.

We waited over two hours to carry out. We were told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. The food was bland and mediocre and the Thai Egg rolls were mushy and inedible.

We moved to Lyons last fall and discovered Julie's Thai Kitchen a few months ago. The food is delicious! Everything is made fresh to order and everything that we have tried so far has been amazing. We'll definitely be back.

Everything is hand made from scratch. Give yourself plenty of time for the preperation of your order. Best Thai food I have ever had.

We tried once because of the great reviews. We ordered basil and Thai friend rice. It wasn’t great with tastes. We couldn’t really finish the served quantity.
