Came here expecting the same great food at Oka 2, but it didn't meet that level of ramen. It seemed a bit watered down here. Got the vegan ramen and it was good, just didn't meet expectations, assuming it would be the same as Oka 2. Service was good though, great spot and wasn't busy.

I made a reservation for 12 on a Sunday night for my partners birthday. Our experience was one for the books...and not in a good way.The bathroom was interesting and maybe should have told us all we needed to know as the toilet seat was too small for the actual bowl. Maybe it's not that big of deal but for a business I would think presentation mattered.Food wise it was a mess. I know we were a bigger party but as I said I called ahead and even left my number in case we couldn't be accommodated. When we got there, there weren't many people already in the restaurant but as luck would have it, more people arrived after we were seated. There seemed to be maybe 2 people working the floor which didn't seem to be enough.. It took forever to place drink orders and then we placed appetizers and entree orders at the same time (again no biggie) but we stressed we wanted the appetizers to come out before our meals....that didn't happen at all.Half of our parties orders were messed up from either missing requested items or receiving items we didn't ask for in the ramen bowls. Since it took forever for the food to come we didn't want to make a fuss and many of us were disappointed and dissatisfied with our meals.Oka was recommended to us and we realized there are multiple locations so maybe the others fair better but unfortunately due to this experience we don't think we're interested in trying the others should we return to the area.

Yummy, solid ramen!! Had Tonkatsu (me) with pork belly, no corn and hubby had an spicy Tonkatsu (asked for level 8 spicy and they delivered close to his desire). Very flavourful, good portion, friendly front end man!

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the order was to go. Our meal came with a miso soup and house salad which they left off the order. The shrimp teriyaki was extremely too salty. My husband ordered the chicken katsu and it was overcooked. How do you mess up crab Rangoons? They were so hard they were inedible. The shrimp shumai were the best thing we got so I was happy we ordered at least one ok item. A very disappointing meal. We will not eat at this restaurant or order to go again.

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. I don't know if it was because it was an hour before closing but my ramen was very bland. I ordered the seafood ramen. The broth was very bland and the seafood tasted old. The appetizer was fine and our waitress was very nice. But I don't think I will be coming back.

waitress seemed clueless, out of alot of food items, came for lunch special at 2:40 that ended at 3 but waitress didnt take order till 30min later and was told i couldnt get lunch special . ...never got drink refills and asked for some pepper and never got it.. poor service

I have been on an extreme ramen kick. This place, soothed me like the savage hungry beast I was entering here. Very nice server, 7pm on a Friday (busy) we were greeted and served promptly. My only complaint is: I ate a lot of ramen because it was super good and actually hurt myself lol. This ramen is good. Funny enough, I'd put it top 3 I've had in Colorado. Really tasty, lots of choices. I actually got a "broth less" ramen, my spouse ordered the kimchi ramen, also had a some Gyoza chicken. Both ramen orders great, full of veggies, good ingredients. Good job OKA!

So sad about this place. The food is amazing nit this is the 2nd time I have come down here from Castle Rock only to be turned away because they are closing early.Today google told me they closed at 9 it was 6:45 and I was turned away because they are closing at 7.
Do not recommend!!!! I have no idea how they are in business. The service and food are BAD!!! Over priced for such a low quality food.

I took my kids to Santa's workshop and my middle kiddo wanted ramen for lunch so we decided to come here. We have been here in the past and service is usually on the slower side even precovid. I believe it's because the meals are cook to order. We put our order in and I am trying to entertain my kids while we wait on the food because they are starving. I notice the table after us got their appetizers thinking ours would come soon after. So after 30-40 minutes pass, the waitress informs me that she totally forgot to put our order in. I think she only noticed because my older kid was saying it was taking soooo long for the food. My heart sank a little because traveling around with hungry little kids can be a nightmare, nonetheless taking them into a restaurant. *sigh* I asked how much longer would it be and she said it would probably be another 15 minutes so we ended up leaving. I ended up giving them some snacks in the car to hold them over until we got home. I will say the food here is decent but I was incredibly disappointed with service. Just awful. I understand if they were understaffed, hence that is why we were ok waiting 40 min. But to totally forget our order is just unacceptable.

We were seated immediately by a gentleman that seemed happy to see us there. He left and then a server started taking care of us. The worst ever. I ordered the seafood ramen. Missing the mussels, the shrimp was hard, it was disgusting. My son who will eat anything pushed his away. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for our check (no one else was seated) we finally went up asking for our check. She brought it to our table. We then waited for her to grab payment. Nope. We went back up and paid. She was eating; sorry we interrupted her meal! Do not recommend!

This is the 3rd time now I have gone here for to go food and was treated with UTTER disrespect by the host/server. Every-time I have gone in, she acts as though me being there is the biggest inconvenience in the world, and basically talks to me as if I were a 5 year old. Today was nothing but eye rolls and snarky comments as I was just trying to get my food. This resteraunt deserves 0 stars in my book.
