Been going here every time we're in town for decades. We bought two boxes of taffy for $14 each and it was horrible. Hard and stale. So disappointing. Wish I'd looked at reviews first but it used to be really good. Hope they get it together again.

We were gifted a 1/2 pound chocolate candy box. My wife and I thought this was the freshest and best chocolates we've had in a long time. Thank you, and we will be ordering from you for the holidays for gifting forward (and for ourselves, as well).

Best cookies n cream and rocky road ice cream with a waffle cone. Yum!
First time in this cute little town and dropped here for some refreshments and a huge $10.50 funnel cake. I've never seen one that thick. It wasn't sweet to me but very filling. We got a watermelon smoothie and it was AMAZING!!. Also got a freshly squeezed lemonade with strawberry sauce. Yum They were nice as well. We spent $22 on our 3 items

Ice cream is nothing special here. I ordered a small rocky road shake and husband ordered a small cookies and cream shake. We paid just shy of $20. Waste. Of. Money. We would have been better off ordering a whole meal somewhere. Tastes like Dairy Queen but the ice cream melts so much quicker and like a soup. Waste.I don’t recommend Patsys.

My wife took a long time friend from out of town to Patsy's in Manitou Springs. One of the sales girls there was very rude and not to helpful? The once GRAT tasting taffy is now small and some are real hard. It's sad to see another long time business going down hill.

Stopped in to buy chocolates as a gift while visiting the town. Overpriced to say the least. Later I noticed an “inflation tax” of 3.99% was charged. No mention of this was made at the time of purchase. Will kit return again.
