The variety of Hot Cocoa Flavors caught out eye! It's pretty delicious except the plain/Original Hot Cocoa is pretty bland. Definitely try the Oreo one! It was coffin day so pretty crowded but didn't wait more than 10/15 min.

While this place would probably be ok on a slow day, don't bother when it's busy, like on Coffin Race Day. Waited in line for an hour for cider. The cashier was writing orders in barely legible writing on sticky notes. When I was about to order; another employee asked about a sticky note they found on the floor. Who knows if they got their order. There was a big group of people outside of the pick up area and no one behind the counter was taking responsibility for calling out orders or figuring out what belonged to who. After waiting almost 20 minutes, the woman who ordered after me, gets 3 drinks before I get my 2, not to mention the handful of people before me also still waiting. I mentioned that was bad customer service and they're not doing a very good job with organizing their orders. I was met with hostility and told to be patient. I then asked for a refund and was refused one. I then mentioned how rude it was to treat customers this way and that the employee was having a bad attitude with everyone in line, to which she replied "no im not!" As if arguing with a customer isn't adding to the bad attitude. Finally I got the drinks they claimed were mine and left. They were the wrong drinks. Please be more prepared for something you know happens every year and have much more polite staff on hand that can handle the large crowd. This was so disappointing.

Walked down from the manitou incline parched as all heck and stumble across totally nuts and company. My girlfriend and I ordered two lemonades, 1 limeade 1 strawberry lemonade and oh my goodness they were the BEST lemonades we’ve ever had, the taste was superb, the perfect amount of sour and sweet. Definitely best place to get a cold lemonade on hot day. 30/10

This place has a cute storefront which caught our eye. The service was friendly and they have a ton of flavor choices to choose from. The portion was huge! However, it seemed more like a snow cone consistency than actual Hawaiian shaved ice. That was not what I was looking for, so was disappointed.

The hours are awful. They need to open earlier and when they are open, they often are out of ingredients or can’t make crepes because a grill is down. But, when they do have their s**t together, the crepes are delicious! There was only one time where they burned them but they remade them perfectly for me. The staff is not really friendly either.

Visited from Hawaii on New Year's Eve and loved it. We all had hot cocoa to warm up and service was friendly. The hot cocoa was super good, too. What a cute little place to encounter. Mahalo!
