Probably the best food in Johnstown. I haven’t found another restaurant that can come close to their quality or authenticity. Not only is the food delicious, but everything on the menu is very reasonably priced.I’m not the biggest fan of the location, but everything else about the experience makes up for it.I’m amazed that CO is coming to check out Buccees over Los Rudos. You can get a breakfast burrito from Buccees with disgusting eggs for $8.23, or a delicious burrito from Los Rudos for $4.The menu has something for everyone and if you’re in the area, this is a place where you’ll try some amazing food you didn’t know existed in northern CO!

Breakfast served all day and a ton of lunch options. My husband enjoyed his carne asada tacos and said they tied for the best local tacos he's had. I had the hot dog which I found to be a fun take on the classic lunch option. Service was fantastic. The gentleman we spoke with was eager to help and answer any questions we had. We would definitely eat here again!

Stopped in for lunch and it was amazing! Super friendly and great prices. We got the asada torta , asada taco and a smothered tamale . Green chili was nice and spicy! Really wish this place was closer to me as I'd be going there all the time! Asada meat was tender and a flavor bomb!!

Our favorite mexican restaurant in town. We usually do carry out and the order is always correct, consistent, and delicious! I recommend this place to everyone, and now my friends and coworkers who live out of town will drive out of their way to pick up a Jaurez style burger, pastor tacos, asada fries, and more. Highly recommend!
Absolute best breakfast burritos! Only 4.25 for the perfect combo of fresh eggs, crispy bacon, green chile, cheese and potatoes. They even include refried beans in the burrito which makes it that much more delicious! Friendly staff, and quick turnaround if you're in a rush!

It just always hits, dawg. It's what you want in a Mexican joint. Tortillas are good. Carne asada is fire. The fries are mid but who cares when you drown it in some cheese and steak, it's a vehicle for the flavor, not the star, ya feel? It's about the journey, not the destination, why are you getting fries at a Mexican place anyway? Also they put grilled pineapple on the pastor so they at least care about me as a human being, which is nice.(y) the hotdogs are good.
We eat here more often then I care to admit and it is fantastic every single time.
