This was my first time here and had the brisket sandwich, wow! The brisket was perfectly smoked and tender, just delicious! Had a side of baked beans, yummy. I plan to keep going back to try everything!

Had a chance to try Blue Ribbon today in Montrose. The brisket is nice and moist. The hot sausage was just the right level of spice. Overall really enjoyed the food.

Was just passing through town on my way to some fishing waters and I had plans to eat in a different town. Well decided id grab a "snack" to eat here, haha. This food truck caught my eye because it said "Texas BBQ" and having lived out of Texas for a few years I realized most places that advertised that, never held true. Well that didn't apply here. Not only was her bbq great but after talking to one of the owners come to find out she surprisingly knew about and had been to my small home town out in west texas. So being that I planned on getting something small so I'd still have an appetite for dinner I elected just to get the Brisket sandwich so I could test the brisket by it's self and then actually eat the sandwich. Needlessly to say I was very surprised. They nailed it. Also got the baked beans and they're great as well. I'll definitely return every time I'm in the area!

Hands down the BEST BBQ in the town of montrose. Just moved here from Houston Tx. And it takes me back home. BEST BAKED BEANS IN THE WORLD AND POTATOE SALAD IS FROM GOD HIS SELF. BRISKET MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH. I will only get my BBQ from here. 10 stars

I stopped by here and got the 2 meat plate (both brisket). I am so glad I did. The ladies running the place were friendly and charming. The brisket might just be the best brisket I've ever had. Perfectly smoked, juicy and pulled apart just right. The beans and potato salad were the perfect complement to the meat. I'll have dreams about that brisket. What a treat! I can't wait to go back and do it again.

Love the food and the service! My husband went to get food and left his wallet at home, he said I'll be back for my wallet and the lady said, we've seen you enough just come back and catch the bill then. They gave him the food and he went the next day to pay. Sad that they go to AZ in the winter months but look forward to their return.

Just stopped here for lunch with my family of two boys. We all loved it. The portions and the kids meals were wonderful. The BBQ sauce was delish. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for a friendly and yummy meal. Also don't forget the brownie!
