I came in and the store was empty, I ran to the bathroom quickly and figured there would be someone when I got out. My boyfriend came in when I was using the restroom and still no one was here! we started talking and after 3 hellos someone finally came out. I could have hopped over the counter made my own ice cream and left and no one would’ve noticed

Ice cream is really good but expensive. Going into Cold Stone for the first time ever, the singing threw me off. I asked why they do it and they said “when we get tipped, we sing. It makes other happy.” As never being there before i thought it was a bit strange, kinda did scare me at first.

I came in with my family and was treated rudely. Tables outside were dirty and workers were standing around talking not doing much. They couldn’t have been over 17 yrs old both girls. Feel bad one was doing way more. just think the experience could’ve been better.

The ice cream was good but the guy who did the mixins did not do a good job at all! He just made a bowl for my toppings and then put it in the middle without mixing it in, Disappointed..

I love the staff, I love the ice cream but they should post the correct hours of operation. We showed up just before 7 PM and they were completely closed down despite their hours saying they were open until 8, we drove from Delta. ?
