I'd never recommend getting to any airport early to eat but the Southwest Reuben is fantastic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid $30 for a microwaved sandwich and burrito. They charge me extra money to put cheese on my sandwich but I got a cheeseless sandwich. The food was mediocre, I make better stuff at home. Definitely a total rip off and not worth the money. The bacon was literally chewy. I had to spit it out. Also, considering all the food is premade, premixed, and microwaved, I have no idea why I waited 20 minutes to get my food! On top of everything else I watched one the guys making the food take a clean glove, proceed to smack another guy with the clean glove, he then put the now dirty glove on and made food with it! Yuck!

Recommend the cheese steak sandwich. Comes with chips and it was really good. Made with steak not a processed patty. Ladies working the counter were really nice and service was prompt.

Tried just buying a water and a soda. Waited in line for nearly half an hour before giving up. There was just one person trying to do everything. The poor guy just couldn't keep up. Better off going upstairs to Shelter Distilling. They have food and drinks and a staff of more than one.

In the peaceful heart of Montrose Airport, a serene spot amidst the tranquility of sleepy terminals, there lies an oasis of delight known as Horsefly Brewing Co. Here, the delicate dance of brewing finds its stage, its spotlight shared with the occasional hum of an incoming plane.Upon entering, I was drawn to the thoughtfully arranged clean tables, conveniently stationed near electrical outlets. It’s a comforting haven where you can keep your devices charged while savoring your beverages, blending the convenience of modern life with the flavorful world of craft brews.Navigating this cozy harbor was a single, super-efficient staff member. With a friendly demeanor and a spark in her eye, she served everyone diligently. Despite managing the crowd single-handedly, she made sure that every interaction was personal, warm, and promptly attended to.And then came the real treat – a warm, soft pretzel, glistening with clarified butter, garnished with salt, and partnered with a delicious cheese dip. My husband and I shared this delightful delicacy, each bite a dance of flavors, creating a memorable culinary experience.Accompanying this was a time-honored tradition for us - a can of Banquet beer from Coors. A golden elixir that harks back to a memorable tour of the Coors brewery, it added a crisp and refreshing note to our laid-back airport adventure.Horsefly Brewing Co. at Montrose Airport serves up a commendable 5-star experience. It brilliantly checks all the right boxes for an airport terminal counter service - cleanliness, friendliness, and a tasteful menu. So, if your journeys ever bring you to Montrose, I highly recommend a stop at Horsefly. Here, amidst the quiet calm of the terminal, prepare to embark on a flavorful journey that's sure to elevate your airport experience. After all, why just fly when you can Horsefly?
Menu looked great. Prices reasonable. But Noone behind counter. Noon on a Tuesday with a packed house. Too bad.One older gentleman just grabbed some m&m's and opened them before realizing Noone was there.

Surprisingly good and fresh sandwiches and salads. Reasonably priced, too!
