We love Montrose Jimmy John’s. The food is always great. Today my daughter ordered a chicken wrap with pickles no mayo. (She is allergic to eggs) The girl who took our order apparently put in a chicken Caesar wrap (Caesar dressing is made with egg) we took it back and asked them to pls make it without that. The girl was so rude. They gave us another one and it was still a Caesar wrap which we were very clear she had an egg allergy and that’s why she couldn’t eat it. I’ve never had someone be so rude talking to us. After they made a third one she threw it on the counter it almost slid off. We normally wouldn’t ask for things to be remade but the egg allergy was the issue. We also paid for the extra sandwich to get made which is why there’s two receipt’s.Dietary restrictions: Egg allergy

They gave me carbonated water instead of soda, the potato salad is really pathetic it came only half full and when I asked about it they said they did it by weight, it's like two bites. Disappointing.

Every time we order from them we get what we ask for. They pay attention to their customers and if we ever have an issue they pick up the phone and fix it immediately. We order online and the delivery drivers are always polite and quick on the task. Worth every penny and more. Thank you. We are a repeat customer and we will continue to be. Best sandwiches in town!
1st time for a VERY easy online order...it all worked! Picked up through drive thru and drove to the park. All was good till I found the guacamole NOT spread on sandwich and NO knife. Didn't ruin my picnic; however, I was quite surprised. If this is the worst thing that happens to me.... I am truly blessed!!! See you again soon.
