Just went to this store, just moved here and have a large family and just wanted to feed my hungry children was offered a 10 piece meal and aske for the 16 piece family meal and was then told they had no chicken very confused i asked how i could get a 10 piece seconds earlier at which time they all laughed and said a large man in a car wiped them out of chicken. Nobody else was there not inside, not drive threw not anywhere. The workers really thought it was super funny and cool to basically lie and refuse to sell ius a dinner. I will never step foot into this place again, and i will make sure everyone i can tell knows what happened and takes their business elsewhere. I am beyond belief that this kind of behavior is acceptable in this store. Everyone that reads this please make them aware of my experience tonight and maybe choose a different option the disrespect and straight up lying and the fact they all just laughed and thought it was the greatest thing to do tona customer. As a business owner myself I would fire everyone on that shift and try to reestablish my name, and id be embarrassed beyond imagination for this. If i could leave no stars i would and i pray nobody else will have to feel the embarrassing horrific feeling we just had and if the owner is reading this or a manager please teach your employees to do better.

Food is always yummy, unfortunately, instead of DRIVE THRU...had to pull around.. always annoying. While waiting, decided to use restroom...it was busy, but the door frame, handle, and floor were disgustingly FILTHY. I chose to skip the bathroom. My food was finally brought out...when I arrived home, a 25 minute drive, several items missing. Over all..it may be awhile before I go back.

The food might be great on a good day, but the customer service is always bad whenever I go. The drive thru person never has a friendly or comforting face when interacting with them, and once they hand me my food it’s without a word said. No “here you go” or “have a nice day” nothing. Just take your food and get out of here type of energy

For $18 I got a Sandwich and 3 chicken strips they gave me no barbecue sauce with my chicken strips and they didn't give me fries in my Sandwich the place is a rip-off and they're lazy and the food isn't that great if I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would have don't go

Waited at the counter for some to take my order for 15 mins. No one looked at me or acknowledged me. Ended up leaving. Only one couple in the entire restaurant. Guess I should of went through the drive

Came to this KFC last Monday at around 5:30. Never actually got served. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. While I was waiting a man asked for a refund for an order that he said he had been waiting for. Said he placed his order on the website. He came back in a few minutes later and said they refunded the wrong amount. They gave him money out of the cash register and he left. About that time another customer came in with his order and wanted his money back. Said chicken was raw. Since I hadn't been served yet and had now been waiting for over 20 minutes decided to leave. At least 2 other customers also decided to leave as well. I have to say it was a horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst kfc I've ever been to. Placed an order for pickup at 5:30. That's 45 minutes to get it ready. Get there at 5:30 and have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help customers. I am then informed that it will be another 20-25 minutes. Can't wait. Ask fir a refund and tries to give me $5 less than what I paid online. You're better off getting a fried chicken dinner from City Market then from this KFC

Went inside and have been waiting over 20 minutes. Crew members are handling food after taking cash and not wearing gloves, not to mention playing with her fake nails above open food and scratching her nose every 10 seconds. Luckily the food has to be reheated anyways so I know all bacteria will be killed. Looks like they need some team building & management along with time management classes. Stop standing around talking and actually do your jobs!Oh and do not prioritize drive thru customers that showed up after your inside customers

I'm not sure what is wrong with this location! I've been to this place a handful of times and they can never get my order right. Not only that but they forget to include the Cole slaw that comes with my combo. When you get your extra crispy chicken it's always soggy, too. One time they forgot my biscuit and Cole slaw, but of course they gave me a bunch of honey and butter! That makes so much sense! I wish I knew a good place for fried chicken here in Montrose! SMH! ?♀️
