I ordered some food on the mobile app - I went to pick it up and was told that they were closed (it was ~8:30 at night). There was no way to cancel. I reached out to McDonalds and they told me the franchisee would reach out to solve the issue which never happened. The charge posted to my account and now I'm fighting with my credit card company so that I don't have to pay for food I never received. The franchisee could do the right thing and refund my money and compensate me for having to deal with this, but they apparently refuse to do so. If you care about doing business with reputable places, go elsewhere.

Just went by to order at 730 pm on a Saturday and the dining room was closed and doors locked. If the hours posted on the door said closed at 730pm I would not have had a problem, however they said 9. Didn't really seem like they wanted any business at all.

Ordered ahead, parked and notified which space, but no response for 4-5min. This was just for fries and cookies. Had to go inside, waited another 2min to be acknowledged and finally got the order.

Why does it take 20 minutes for one small chicken nugget at a mobile order to get out? Then the app says that it will be out shortly...15 minutes goes by, I try to walk in to pick it up myself but all the doors are locked? What the heck people. Then the girl hands me my order, no greeting and walks away. Like horrible service.

Worst service I've ever had. The girl that took my card and gave me my drink had the worst attitude. And all I could hear was the very loud fast paced Spanish music that the employees were playing. I did not feel very welcome at all. Not because the music. I listen to cumbia regularly. They are just not cut out for service. That's for sure. I won't be going back there.

Out of everything to drink but hot coffee and tea. Couldn't order a combo meal on the kiosk so they lost money on my order because I'm not ordering them separately and paying more. McDonald's has disappointed me every time I go to one. I stopped going to them a while back but sometimes they are the only option. What happened to the company that used to be the best in the game and now are the worst. Better off getting a breakfast sandwich from a gas station.
