so i don’t like starbucks it was disgusting i ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was disgusting i don’t know how people eat this stuff i don’t have a picture because i ate it all but just know the toilet didn’t have a very good time but the staff are nice except for one lady who gave me attitude shame on her cause she’s gonna get fired soon. Alyssa x2 and Jasmine were absolutely a delight! Even short staffed they all had smiles on their faces. This is our favorite store in western Colorado by far!

Received absolutely one of the best customer services at the drive thru on our visit. Ordered a Vinti Americano and it came as requested. Visited this location twice during our stay in the area. Same gal helped us...wish we knew her name. More people could learn by this example. Many thanks and blessings to all for the New Year. I had made a mistake and ordered at a wrong location. They still helped me out and prepared the coffee I had ordered. They were super friendly and made it seem like no biggie for them. I really appreciated it.

My coffee was made wrong 3 days in a row. Two days a caramel macchiato, so I thought I'd switch to a shaken expresso. When I called the store the manager was not only combative and hung up on me but told me it was wrong because it rode two blocks in a car. None sense. Take some accountability and be professional.
The drinks are very good with a variety of drinks. The service was perfect, you good order right away. The place looked fantastic with a lot of different chairs. The bathroom and whole place was very modern.
Spacious and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with getting dairy when I ask for plant milk either, which seems to escape every other Starbucks on the western slope.

bad costumer service and don't specify and are rude. we tried to get holiday drinks and they said they were out. after we tried getting our holiday cups and they rudely yelled at us to put the cups back with an attitude after we put them back the workers started look at us in a mean way and started talking about us. DONT EVER COME HERE. starbucks next to qudoba and cricket
