We ordered online last night. We didn’t even get our sandwiches toasted like we asked for. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap all they did was drizzle the buffalo sauce on top when I opened it the chicken was plain and didn’t even have everything I asked for. Lazy is all I can say. Do better.

Although not cleanest in the dining area, the sandwich artists are top of the line. Fun going there always. They're always curtious. Best subway I've been to.

Always had good experiences here but today my girlfriend came back in tears from how rude the guy was to her. Not acceptable at all.
We ordered 2 sandwiches. One was made right the other left off 2 items I called and the person on the phone was incredibly rude. He told me that it wasn’t made in that store. Funny (not very) because that is the ONLY subway in Montrose.

If you go into the store and babysit the workers making your sandwich you will get what you want. If you order online and pay extra for things they always mess it up. This is the fourth chance I've given them. We just ordered four footlongs and not a single one of them was made properly. We did not get any of the extras we paid for. We tried calling the store. It rang for three minutes straight then they took it off the hook and it was a busy signal when we tried calling again. They don't even pay attention to what is asked for on a sandwich. We didn't get any of the extras we paid for. They didn't even put the basic ingredients on what we did order. We are done with this branch. Go to Jimmy John's. They actually pay attention to what you order and answer the phone and care about their customers. This Subway is a hot mess.

Bro didn't know what a Boston Mass transit was but his attitude about it (I'm usually unforgiving about an employee not know what a Boston Mass transit is) Great sandwiches, pretty well kept even though we ordered after dinner rush and the manager was cool too. Recommend.

Update 6/13: didn't think this review/experience could get worse. I know you're struggling for help, like everyone else in town. But why do you hire the most idiotic sandwich builders??? The older lady that's been there for years is great!!! But the two guys that were working tonight need some serious help and training. They are slow, unorganized, can't make a basic sandwich and need to learn how to listen to the customerCannot seem to get a correctly made sandwich when placing an online order. Have had something messed up on EVERY online order I've ever made. I'm really tired of spending the money, going home/back to work only to find out I don't have what I asked for and I can't fix it now
