The Coffee Trader proved to be a delightful oasis during my long drive through charming Montrose. Nestled in the heart of this quaint locale, the welcoming ambiance and aromatic coffee drew me in instantly. The baristas exhibited a genuine friendliness, making the pit stop all the more enjoyable. The well-crafted coffee selections provided the perfect fuel for the remainder of my journey. If ever passing through this small town, The Coffee Trader is an absolute must for a rejuvenating break and a cup of finely brewed coffee.

It’s nice to be greeted like family, though they didn’t have a clue who I was. The gentleman working this past Wednesday morning took my order with enthusiasm and listened to my detailed request.It’s nice to have employees like this who will do their best. We’ll be back.

Walked in and was greeted by rude yelling. you would think a local shop would want to welcome their customers. extremely rude customer service, messed up 3 orders, and lids were not secure. my daughter is severely lactose intolerant and we ordered oat and paid, they put whole milk instead. Very disappointed. if there was a 0 star option. i would give that. High chain companies can at least nicely greet their customers.

The person that took our order, and our money, was ridiculously rudeWe were in the drive thru, NOBODY behind us, we started to ask questions about what they had. She told us to “go someplace else, they have that stuff”I was asking about flavored mochas. Then she seemed even more put out that we were verifying it would be blended not icedI hope the boss reads this and realizes the complete failure of this person AND the “missed learning opportunity” of her describing your delicious menu (possibly- I’ll never find out, you lost me) we certainly would have spent money on a larger drink (I asked for large, I got maybe 20 ozs)My husband would have also something, but he was disappointed by the behavior
