Very good Italian-inspired pasta, appetizers, salad and soups. Not terribly unique food, but decent. For example, the bread was made from a mix vs baked from scratch; sauces supplied by the foodservice company, not made in house. Atmosphere is decent - well lit and busy; a good place for date night or special night out. Di Sofia would be among the top 3-4 choices in Montrose just because it's consistent, clean, has a varied menu and prices are not outrageous. If you are looking for sit down Italian I'd rank this above Remingtons at the Bridges, or DaVetos in Delta.

Always great food and good service! The tiramisu is one of the best and I have tried them all in many cities!

A higher end Italian restaurant. Was there with a large group of Italians here doing some work with us. Extremely clean, new and nice. Large selection of entree’s. Food was excellent, by American and Italian standards. Was kinda pricey and portions small.

I called to find out when they will reopen for Saturday lunch. She said 3 times. "We won't, that doesn't work for US". Whoa....what answer. I would have said, " we might not open for Saturday lunch anymore, but please join us for dinner". Did not feel valued as a customer.

Food was great! Service was above and beyond. The atmosphere was not Italian at all. It was cold there and I felt like I was in a garage that was converted into a restaurant.Parking: A lot of parking and close the business.

First time here. Ordered pasta with chicken, broccoli, asparagus, and spinach in light wine (?) sauce . Turned out to be about 94% pasta, rest was scarce vegetables or chicken. Two pieces of warmed foccacia bread, each about the size of a large postage stamp. Quite disappointed. Price was ok considering what was served. Service was fine and ambiance pleasant.

An Italian place that over cooks pasta should not exist. Tiny portions. No fresh pasta. My wife's pasta was soggy over cooked. The chicken rubbery and chewy. My dish was the portion for a child. Sausage tasted good but was sliced so thin you could see through it.Service is slow. They try though. No shade on the wait staff. They provide bread. It was cold, stale little cubes of bread. We only fi ished out meals because we were starving. As an Italian restaurant, how can you overcook pasta. I could forgive everything else but soft, soggy pasta?Gross. Save your moent and time. Olive garden is better than this place.
