Worst Wendy's I have eaten in my life. My paper towel folded 10 times was thicker than my burger. My paper towel laying flat just opened up was thicker than my burger. My burger was drier than my paper towel. My paper towel had more moisture than my burger

Ordered online for delivery. They called, no potatoes for baked potato. Okay. Called again. No root beer. Okay. Called again, no Coke.I have been in the drive thru when they said, no beef. No beef??!! (Yes, I can hear her.."Where's the beef?")I like Wendys menu. But this store seems to have real problems with competent management. The wait in the drive thru is often long.But...out of food? Really?!!

Waited in line at the drive through for 30 mins with one car in front of me and when I did get my food it was cold and old..I will never come to this wendys again I used my whole lunch hour to get lunch!! So freaking annoying especially with 10

Took about 15 min to get my food but it’s obvious the one girl on Friday dec 29 in the morning was doing a great job of delegating the drive thru. I’d give her a raise because you don’t get employees that care about a meaningless job that often. Keep up the good work.!

We gave up & didn't eat. We were the 3rdCar in drive thru. They never moved &After 45 minutes, we left. Never going back.

Placed our order, we were told to pull forward they were making fresh fries and chicken. We waited 10 minutes, got the food and started to pull away. Fries were limp and ice cold and chicken looked like it was barely dropped into the fryer. We went back and asked the young lady for our money back. She said they couldn't refund us, but we could talk to the manager. The manager said they would redo the entire order. We got fries and chicken but not new hamburgers. While showing the cold burgers we discovered the lack of hamburger between the buns. In the end we got our money back. Lesson learned don't stop at Wendy's at 9:25 pm too lazy to fill the orders right.

Slowest drive through in the entire world. I love Wendy’s, so I keep giving them a chance, but this is not fast food, my friends. Expect a 10-20 minute wait, even if there’s no line.

food was good until we were checking to make sure we had all the food and the bleached blonde girl in a pony tail was giving us dirty looks the whole time, Making us very uncomfortable and when we would look at her she would just glare at us. ( we were just checking our food because they seemed to be busy with other things for example one was on their cell phone) Needs a better night time manager to watch their customer service.
