What an amazing time during the distillery tour! We loved learning not only about the distilling process, but also the history surrounding shine in Colorado!The shine is so smooth and it's obvious the care they take in producing such a distinct, notable product. Everyone who works here talks about the family atmosphere and philosophy of the company.We are most certainly going back. We are huge fans!!!
The owner and staff were friendly. Owner passionate about making excellent spirits. Tour was very informative. Tasting was not limited to specific spirits but whatever the guests wanted to try. Everything we tasted was just right…what you expect from ‘shine, with perfect flavors, including the barrel aged whisky…..delicious!

Great spot but watch out for the bartender. I knocked over a glass and she accused me of drinking a shot that wasn't mine. Thankfully she didn't make me pay for it which is why I'm giving 5 stars... However just be cautious here as it's a great place to have fun, but if you turn up too much they may try to make you look like the bad guy.
