They claim their Pimento Cheese is the world's best, I'm inclined to agree with them. Forge Coffee Lab's coffee is incredible, but I make my husband drive me here at least once a week for their pimento cheese and bagel chips. Don't sleep on it.

I tried their mocha cappuccino and it was delicious. For my own preference, I added 3 packets of Splenda. They did say they don't make their drinks as sweet as other places but they can always add more sauce. The sauce was delicious. I just wanted an extra sweetness without the extra sugar so the Splenda worked like a charm. :) Thank you for the delicious cup of wake-me-up!

A beautiful coffee shop with a variety of coffee and tea options, and even milkshakes! My husband has gotten a pour over coffee from them, and he really enjoyed it. Recently we got their special, a spiced cold brew, which was excellent. Smooth, flavorful, and easy to drink. I got mine with house-made almond milk. I was impressed by this coffee place so we will definitely be back to try more!Also: They sell a variety of coffee beans. We were excited to see one of our favorites, Onyx Coffee. Definitely worth browsing their offerings if you enjoy brewing your own coffee at home.

Love this place! They make their own syrups and they are yummy. They also have interesting coffee bean choices and the pastries are fantastic. The vibe is "industrial cozy" and a great place to meet friends or just hang out!

Disappointed because they are closed on a Monday morning. I was just trying to get some coffee on my way to work that isn’t a Starbucks and they were closed on a Monday morning. They are definitely loosing a lot of profit being closed during that time.

If in search of good coffee, search no further. Forge Coffee Lab offers multiple methods of brewing and preparing coffee. Come expecting to spend a few minutes here, because it takes times to prepare coffee right! Finally, a place in Monument that scratches my coffee-snob-itch.
I visit a few different coffee shops in Monument, this one being by far the best in town. My favorite presentation was the siphon, and they offer a variety of pour over options for coffee snobs like me. The owner was very nice and welcoming and I found it to be a great environment to get some work done and also get super jacked on coffee. I’ll be back, thanks again Forge. This spot truly is a coffee lab ?
