Management lacking! Middle of the afternoon. Workers standing around, every table dirty, supplies needed refilled, there was a sour smell around the drink bar area, music was loud and not the "normal" restaurant music. Rap and dance music, not "dinner" music. VERY disappointed!

While the food is generally well made and hot. This is by far the slowest experience of any place with a drive thru that I have ever seen. More than 45min in the drive thru. For the love of all that is good, do not ever come here for a scheduled lunch break. You will not make it back. You will not have time to eat.This is just crazy. Do yourselves a favor, drive into a field, find a beef ranch. Purchase the cow, slaughter it. Prep and season the meat, go to the store for the fixings. Cook it. And enjoy it. Save some time.

First off I wanna jump on the wait time. Look I’ve been in lines that take a while and I understand that hot food is good food but this location is SLOW!!! I’ve been in line for 45 minutes!!! I still have yet to even order! I spent my lunch taking a nap! I finally managed to get my meal and the burger had so much salt I’m pretty sure you I managed to complete a sodium intake of a month! Freddys is an awesome place to eat and I actually love the burgers here but come on guys! Do better! If staff is a problem, yall need to fix that. I’m disappointed. Probably my last time coming to this location and I don’t recommend this location. You could hit the next one and make it back to this location and still have to wait in line.

Dirty ice machine didn't work and they would hand a drink cup and walk off. You had to wait on someone to come back to get ice.

Went to pick up an order, waited almost 30 min, they were not even that busy. The crew was arguing and snapping at each other and couldn’t seem to get their orders straight and kept messing them up. Appeared there was a manager but she too was yelling and seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. Not a good experience at all!

This place is very good, the dining area is clean, and doesn’t have sticky floors. The staff was extremely professional, including but not limited to. Gage, Lonny, Ollie, Bee, Peter, and Isabel they were the ones to help me out the many times I went there. It brings back nostalgia. :)
How hard is it to fulfill an order of two fries at the drive through with requested extra Freddie’s sauce and ketchup? Drove away to discover fries dripping in dirty grease (streaks down the carton of brown grease) and NO sauce at all. Really, it’s not that hard. The workers are doomed to unsuccessful lives if they can’t even get that right. Have a little pride!

I went here today and got the best help from Abby, Isabel, and jess. today was my first ever time eating at a freddy's and they treated me with such respect and love. I love this place now and i appreciated the help and would come here again

Ordered 2 kids meals last night, with an ice cream dessert made with half and half. Huge disappointment when the food arrived. The drinks were missing (I had ordered milk with the kids meals), and the ice cream was not half and half, plus the lid was not on properly and it had melted all over the bag.
