Allowed an employee to let their friend steal my son's online order and didn't see a problem with this employee continuing to work there. After enough complaints they eventually refunded the money. But still didn't see anything wrong with the conduct.

Decided to give McDonald's a try on Easter afternoon since many other eateries in the area were closed due to Easter. Went through the drive through and the person taking our order seemed efficient and courteous. The trouble started when we arrived at the window to get the food. We were "pulled" or asked to pull forward and park and they would bring it out. There was another car already pulled. I expressed that this had been a problem for me in the past and I was assured all would be okay and the food would be out soon. They continued to process cars in the drive-through and our food was not forthcoming. After several cars being served a gentlemen finally brought our food out (2 quarter-pounders with cheese and fries - nothing special). When the food came the fries were cold and there were no catsup or salt or napkins. I walked back in and observed several staff joking and talking and not working. They were rude and incredulous when I asked for catsup and condiments. I now remember why I do not frequent McDonald's and will not make the mistake again.

manager and lady at the desk went out of their way to take care of me.
My family and I stopped to dine in and no one was at the counter. Even if we stood there the employees would see you but ignore you completely. Not even a "I will be with you in a moment." We ended up ordering through the digital board. There were only two employees that were moving doing different tasks and very polite. These two I understood couldn't help us but the others were chit chatting and texting on their phones. The whole crew was more focused on drive thru orders rather than dine in customers. I did notice one customer was helped immediately and that is because he was the father of the employee.The dine in area was not clean and are towards the restroom had a bad smell making it uncomfortable to dine in that area. It really upset me that I had to repeat myself more than twice to get their attention.
