Please stop using Styrofoam for take out. There were burn marks from the egg rolls on our Styrofoam.

Not my favorite pho place in the Springs area but was overall a good experience. I got the P2 which was the brisket and steak and the meats tasted fine. The broth was very very sweet and idk if that's because of MSG or some extra added flavoring. I personally did not like that but it wasn't a bad Pho broth. I wish it was a bit lighter and not as sweet. Also, Pretty expensive for a medium sized bowl of Pho. About $15. Their spring roll for 2 is about $9 bucks which is a lot as well

Could not even take a photo as we waited for an hour only to be disappointed with the food. The beef and pork was cold, sweet and looked old it also had fur in them. The rice for the pork and beef also smelled weird. Pho broth was so sweet and cold. Everything was too sweet and tasted old. Really pricey compared to other pho places. Really disappointed.

Hair/fur in food. White or grey coarse hairs found in food. Either from an animal or from someone with shorter (1-2inch) length that is white or grey. Not just 1 hair, several found in 1 dish. We didn’t even attempt to try anything else.

We found the atmosphere here to be calm and elegant, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was exceptionally delicious. My husband and I requested meal recommendations from the owner, and we’re so glad we did. I had the P6. Pho Ga Chicken with lemongrass, and my husband had the same with tamarind. Both were very rich and flavorful beyond most Pho we’ve ever eaten. We’re traveling and from out of town, but hope to return here in the future! Highly recommend.

We got the beef plate and a bowl of Phò. The meat looked like it was thin frozen circular slices of meat and was cold by the time it got to our table. The egg rolls tasted like the frozen ones I buy from the grocery store. My husband liked his Phò but said the noodles tasted like they were frozen as well. When you order ice tea also note its Jasmine and not the typical Black tea! Tasted great but they only had sweet n low for sweetener. They also got my Boba order wrong but did correct that. Lighting is darker but it's not too dark and if you don't like the lighting there are seats right below some and it's more than adequate. Our server was sweet but very quiet and difficult to hear.*Update morning after eating here. The meat looked questionable and I should have told them but I ate it anyway.. I'm now sick as all get out..*

Expensive lunch, not worth the price….$17 for a lunch size noodle soup with a few paper-thin slices of beef, and rest of bowl full of rice noodles.Bobba tea also expensive (around $7 for a tea bag with jello balls),….Will NOT be back!Service is ok, restaurant is dark inside.

A pretty large place, very friendly service. As for the food some of the dishes were a solid 5 and some were barely a 4. Love the option of building your own soup, as not to many Vietnamese places let you do that.

The broth and brisket in the Pho Nam was amazing! One of the best Pho spot's I've tried in Colorado. Our waiter was super nice and the music was/ambience couldn't have been any better. Took a girl here for our first date and it was so good it got me laid!

Exactly what we wanted on a snowy day. Amazing Pho soup. We both had the tai nam which was most excellent with a very aromatic broth . The service was epic with plenty of attention. The kiddos loved the fried rice too. Ambience was one of the nicest of any pho restaurant I've been to.
