PLEASE PLEASE add fresh ginger to your poke bowl menu! Love them just wish it had the ginger to add. Also the wasabi infused soy sauce would be absolutely amazing!

Perfect lunch place on a cold day! You can order from a menu or make your own bowl! I don't remember what I ordered but it was great! My bowl had chicken, kimchi, udon noodles & other goodies in there. It was tasty! The people who work there are very friendly and welcoming. The place has a tiny electric fireplace in the corner which definitely helped warm the place up!

The restaurant has a nice setting and I really loved the option to include or remove items! I was also very excited to try a place which I had been told delivered on providing truly spicy and quality tasting ramen. Unfortunately, The Spicy Miso failed to impress despite ordering the hottest rating option available. The flavor was also highly disappointing, considering it tasted of little else but salt. Drinking ocean water would have been a reprieve from the amount of sodium contained in the broth. The toppings were also extremely sparse, for which I am thankful as mostly salty noodles and broth went into the trash after two bites. This restaurant will not make it on a revisit or recommendation list. For the quality and price, I prefer to purchase instant ramen from a gas station.

The broth: good, the noodles: okay, the atmosphere: great, the staff: wonderful, all of the remaining ingredients in the bowl were amazing. The pork belly and chicken were delicious. Their homemade sambal was fantastic. The hot peppers are a must. The prices were also very reasonable. I'll be back, but I'd love to see something kid oriented so I can make it back more often.
Came here for lunch with my wife. Never been but always wanted to swing by, finally the opportunity came around. Was very pleasantly surprised. The service we received received was good at the counter and everything was put together freshly just how we liked it. The food was very good and the flavors were spot on to what I wanted. I do like some spiciness to my food and it was perfect. Will be back for sure.

great concept, horrible execution. this was one of the worst dining experiences ever. we ordered 3 very different things and all were awful. broth too salty, noodles overcooked, flavors just bad. i don't know how you can manage to f**k up ramen but they sure did. the meal was unsalvageable and we settled for McDonald's.

Quick access from South bound I25, easy parking, and close to traditional Chinese restaurant . Very clean dining room, feels kind of like a Starbucks, Nice art, I with raised tables and small tables for 2, very laid back, good place to meet and talk. I love their Udon noodles, they cook them fresh to order, They have several set style bowls, and a smorgasbord of other options to customize your bowl. Seems like they combined Tokyo Joe's, and Mod pizza, and made it healthier!

We stopped on a whim. So glad we did. The employees acted like they were genuinely interested in our satisfaction (uncommon today). Very clean. Pleasant music at an appropriate volume. Nice atmosphere. And, the food was amazing! We’ll be back soon.
