I don’t normally do reviews for fast food places. But I drive through here often, and I have to say over the years they have never gotten my orders wrong. And I special order stuff. That may sound like a low bar, but for fast food, and for the low pay that fast food workers receive, I consider that a win. The food is generally quite fresh as well. And the staff are friendly.

If you're not even going to be open for breakfast, stop advertising it. On two consecutive days this week, I attempted to get breakfast, and you weren't even open, even though your posted hours say that you're open at 8AM, your sign that is visible from the highway indicates that you offer breakfast, and your menu board offers breakfast items. Today I attempted to use the drive thru at 10:30, two and a half hours after your signs indicate you should be open.

When I first got my food, it was someone else's order, even though they confirmed it twice: once on the intercom and again at the window. I went inside and got my correct order, only to watch them give the old food to someone else in the drive-thru after I'd touched it. Not only that, but after waiting another 20 minutes, they still got my order completely wrong. Moreover, when I went into the bathroom, it was completely flooded, and the floor was drenched in fluids.

Placed mobile order. They confirmed my order at the window and still got everything single item wrong and gave me someone else's food. Pulled around and went inside to get it fixed. They rewrapped the food and gave it to another car in the drive through window and still gave me a wrong item in my new batch of food. Also bathroom was flooded and unusable.

I want inside and stood patiently at the counter, waiting to order. A lady walked past me went out to the lobby fiddled around for a little bit and then walked back, very lackadaisical. When she passed me she asked if I needed something and I let her know I needed to order. She told me to order at the kiosk. I asked if I could just order from her since she’s right there and she said no I have to go to the kiosk because there’s only three of them. It would’ve taken her less than 60 seconds to take my order and make a happy customer. So I left and went elsewhere.

The lady at the drive thru was super grumpy, i only got one hot sauce, the food tasted like standard taco bell food. The experience sucked, way to many other places around to ever go

The new nachos are horrible. It's mainly chips and red sauce. The guacamole and sour cream were thin, with no flavor. There were about two teaspoons of meat. The cheese sauce is great, but there's not enough. I really wish I'd ordered a bean burrito.
