Worst service didn’t get my order right, I gave specific instructions and they forgot the rolls. When I realized that they forgotten the rolls I had to park and walked into the restaurant, but only because there was a line for to go orders. I tell them that I was missing the rolls, and I was told to go back outside where there was a line and people were waiting, but went back outside. Nobody was showing up at the window even after the bell had been pushed twice. I decided go back in and received my rolls. I decided not to bother with the wrong order at this point because it would have been too much trouble. I have always loved this Texas Roadhouse. They always been great until today. Very disappointed. If the restaurant forgets something it shouldn’t be a big deal to just hand it to you instead of making me go back outside and wait in line.

I have been in to eat very recently and had a pick up online to-go order tonight and I was very happy both times. Even after my 15 minute drive home after picking it up all my food was still so tasty. It was packages nice, nothing was wrong, it was done about 3 minutes before I was told it would be when I placed the order and not having to go inside the crowded restaurant to get it was super convenient also. I will definitely do this again.

Stopped in by my myself tonight, sat the end of the bar and ordered my usual with a salad. After about 15ins asked about my salad and the bar tender said she’ll check on it. Not more than 5 mins later my food showed up and no salad. They brought it out but why would I let my food get cold? Asked me if I wanted a salad to go…? Disappointed to say the least. Their salads are great but I’m not going to let my food get cold and then eat a salad at home….
