“Met up with friends here and I'm SO glad we did. The Date Night Burger was easily the best burger I've ever had. And the fries??!! This is a meal I know I'm going to annoy people talking about because it was THAT good! Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great.Husband's pizza and beer flight were both amazing too! There was no food left at our table. No doubt this will be a regular stop for us!“
“Stopped by Liquid Mechanics to pick up some beer to go. The bartender was friendly and gave me a few samples to taste before picking my beer. The limited edition Cartel was awesome! I'm so glad I took some home. I also bought some Jiggle Juice and Lucid AF, both are solid, tasty brews. The brewery is clean and inviting. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.“
“We held our work holiday party here and it was the perfect venue. Mike was really helpful in getting us booked in and Addison looked after us on the night. The ciders were brilliant, and we brought our own catering in for the event. We were 25 people, easily could've held up to 40 though comfortably. I would definitely book another private event here (or just come back for ciders!)“
“After a walk through the Thursday Farmers Market, we happened upon Echo. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic and a half spinach salad with feta cheese, cranberries, and a pesto vinaigrette. The place was very busy, however the server tried her best. I loved eating outside and the ambiance made waiting to order and getting the food worth the wait! Leftover lunch for tomorrow, I think so“
“While we are locals, we don't make the trip from Longmont to Louisville enough for Crystal Springs. Their seasonal selections in Dec 2023 are an excellent mix of fall and winter offerings right now. In the summer, their Blood Orange Kolsch can't be missed. They mixed it up for winter by adding Cranberry. Want to tone down the sweetness, try a 50/50 blend with the Juicy Yo, for a Cranberry Yo Juice (thanks to the beertender for that recommendation).Sundays mean their food partner is closed but any outside food is fine to bring, so plan accordingly.“
“If you like a smaller brewery experience with a super local feel, this would be a great place for you. No crowds, no commotion, and very easy-going solid beers on tap. But a little limited in the extent of beers available - usually 8 to 10. Food truck availability can be spotty but several good places nearby that deliver.“
“Really enjoyed Sanitas Brewing Co! Came by on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area and it was a great little spot to relax and enjoy a beer or two with my husband. It’s located in the back end of an industrial business park but it’s a cool vibe. They have inside/outside seating, a taco truck, and is dog friendly. :)Give them a try if you’re in the area!“
“Absolutely amazing drinking experience! The cocktails are absolutely fantastic, and all the booze is clean and super flavorful!!! The bartenders are also engaging and genius - we loved our time with Reece. Reece hooked us up with the perfect drinks for our group of 8 that perfectly lined up with what each of us uniquely wanted. Highly recommend!“
“Good clean beers to be had in their nice cozy taproom & outdoor patio. Enjoyed their IPA’s and guest taps, friendly staff and patrons, while the atmosphere provided feelings of relaxed hometown vibes that personally resonated with me. Did not try anything off of their food menu while we were there, but everything looked and smelled great coming out to the tables! Cheers ?!!“
“At first I did not realize that Upslope and The Mighty Colorado Burger were at the same location, but that's super amazing because they're both great. Upslope has a great bar with really kind bartenders. The restaurant is always super clean, and the beer is ALWAYS delicious. Try the Passionfruit Hibiscus Sour the next time you're in, you won't regret it.“
“Finkel & Garf Brewing Company is a great spot to enjoy a beer with a loved one. It's a family owned and operated brewery created for people to have a quality time, grabbing a quality pint with quality people. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to try our current "house beer" on tap. It's a Limited Release Hazy IPA. The best way I can describe it is by telling you to go watch the music video to... "Smooth Criminal" by Michael Jackson. It has a classic, familiar vibe while still commanding your attention. It's truly one of the best beers I've ever experienced. Like the King of Pop, Finkel & Garf Brewing Company have other hits beyond their Limited Release Hazy IPA. They have an Oatmeal Milk Stout, IPA, Red IPA, American Lager, Dry Hopped Amber, and other rotating Limited Releases. Every beer, we tried was very well-balanced and tasted exactly how you expected it would... crisp and delicious. I highly recommend heading to the Tap Room. You can enjoy your beers with a relaxing conversation on their patio (as we did) OR with a laugh during a fun trivia/comedy night (check out their instagram for more information).Cheers. Prost. Salut!“
“Super cute brewery with chic vibes. Great place to work, study, or have an upscale date. I love the modern and minimalistic look of the location. Beer and sour options are incredible and feel limitless. Loved the cocktail inspired ale (silhouettes) and the smoothie style ipa (fruit flood). Decently coming back to study again. My new favorite place!“
“Somehow I haven’t reviewed left hand before so here goes… started drinking left hand stouts in college in Massachusetts and realized when I moved to Colorado they were close to where I lived. You won’t regret going to their tap house in Longmont. The people there make it an excellent experience and the beer only makes it better. Brought many friends (with very different beer preferences) and they’ve all left happy.“
“Before they opened their downtown taproom, this was the only place to get Crystal Springs beer. Even now, here is where the brewing magic happens. The original location here is much less popular and you're more likely to get a seat. Great beer, good people.“
“Had a great time here last night for the 15th Anniversary Kick Off! Upslope is having their main party Friday, but this was tons of fun to start. Service is great as always and the bartenders are very nice and friendly. They were great to go over some beer choices! I got a small pour of the Japanese lager, and a full pint of Pumpkin ale. Glad that's still on tap!Swing by soon to grab a can of 15 year beer! This was a must try, with 15 varieties of hops!“
“Well isn't this a little hide-a-way slice of pleasant.A place that doesn't try too hard to get your attention and at the same time the staff works hard to make sure you enjoy what they offer.Businesses like this are the reason Longmont is the next "I'd like to live there" location in Colorado.Well done team.Oh, and the beers are good too.“
“Went here on recommendation of a hop culture article. The beers were solid but not mind blowing. The tap room was full of flies the day we were here, with one guy sitting at the bar with a fly swatter (!?) which was annoying and semi-gross. The bartender was very nice and super attentive“
“How could anyone say anything remotely bad about Bootstrap! This place is excellent. Numerous award winning, tasty beers, fantastic location, events, professional trivia (not some fly by night hack) every Wednesday night, and, of course, saving the best for last, the outstanding staff. Even before becoming part of the Grog Mob, my father and I have been treated like family, by everyone, but especially Morgan and Shannon (I see them the most, but everyone is awesome) AND to top it all off, they perfectly fill my gallon growlers! First try! They're tricky, a couple other places don't always fill to the top, Bootstrap does it perfect, EVERY time! Thanks for always making me feel welcome Bootstrap.“
“Great food, Great service in an atmosphere like no where else that gives you the true Colorado vibe. Our server Kelly Made our family's experience one to remember. In my opinion one of the best places to eat in Boulder.Parking: easy to find parking, have never had an issue finding a spot.“
“A favorite for a while, but we don't live close anymore. Beers are good as always. The food has been delicious too. You must make sure it is a "cheat" day though! We stopped in for lunch on a wet, snowy day. There were quite a few folks, individuals at the bar and families and couples at tables. We were seated quickly. The way the service worked was awesome. There is a card you put up, otherwise they let us sit and converse. The food came out fresh and hot. The cheese curds were amazing! We miss being closer.Definitely recommend!“
“This is a review of the brewery tour. We were told to refer to the beer guide as Joey "Hot Sauce", so I will refer to him as such under my own discretion. This was by far one of the best beer tours that I have ever received. This brewery tour was a journey that embarked on being casually informative backed by unrelenting enthusiasm. Joey is a very relatable guy that you can easily mistake as your best beer friend since he is a quick-witted connoisseur who makes any Q&A session enjoyable. This facility is neat, organized, and even contains a fermentation lab tucked away upstairs to tease onlookers that whoever is in there has a much better job than you might. I feel like the beer selection is ever-changing and adapts to the crowd that meets it. Couldn't have asked for a better beer tasting hosted by none other than Joey "Hot Sauce".“
“The beers we had were fabulous! Great selection on tap and really love they are all organic. I appreciated that they let me try a few before selecting my full poor. Super dog friendly and good for kids. The atmosphere is much more authentic than Avery.“
“I've been here a couple times and the beer is always good. Today, I was here for Stout Month and had the milk stout - fantastic, malty + lactic acid. Very drinkable. Next up is one of their imperial scouts. They have music on Fridays and today's band is great but it's near to closing and there's a snow storm starting so the crowd's a little thin.“
“Redgarden has been a favorite of my wife and I since it opened several years ago. Its newest iteration as John's Table has only improved on what was already a good casual dining experience. Located in an unlikely locale, in the middle of an industrial park, it offers the same quirky, industrial design vibe as the original, but its food game has been elevated by a improved menu selection. The back of the house knows their way around the cook space and the front of the house is filled with nice, intelligent and knowledgeable folks -- Christian W. in particular. As warmer weather becomes more frequent, you will enjoy their outdoor space, too. Give it a try!“
“One of our favorite breweries in the area. Morgan is the best! One of us is an IPA lover and the other is not. We're always happy to find a brewery that has a good selection of both IPA and non-IPA. Mother's is one of those breweries. We also like the atmosphere. Very comfy.“
“Be damned the sanctimonious overgrown children that sometimes tend bar there, OB's beer is the bees knees. They have the best Hazy, Pale Ale and Pilsner (well, tied with Left Hand) in America. It would be cool if their taproom would just let you pour your own, so you didn't have to wait on one of their self important marxists to finally get around to doing it for you and then expect 25%. Not OB's fault that they cannot find friendly waitstaff, so it won't count against their review score.“
“A great place to hang out especially if you like to take your doggo with you. Plenty of space in and outside. It was nice and cool inside too. There are lots of board games for all ages. Pinball machines, darts and corn hole is available too.I had the black IPA, malty and bitter.“
“Stopped here for beers with friends and it was pretty quiet, almost felt like a dive bar. It was a big space though and had a pool table too! TVs were playing sports and news. I got the blackberry sour "Violet Quasar" which was really good, pretty tart and great flavor. My husband got the Cosmic Coconut Crisp which he describes as good, smooth and boozy but not overpowering.“
“I really like the beer selection here. It's perfect for me, who likes IPAs, and my girlfriend, who likes sours. I'd say those two make up over half of the menu. The drinks aren't particularly cheap, but it's good vibes and they have events go on sometimes. Plus food trucks.“
“Such a great company and the camaraderie here is amazing. This should stand as a shining example of how business can be conducted and beneficial to both employers and employees. Not only has Oskar Blues been a staple in the community but they also do beneficial activities in the community such as volunteer work. I am proud to be a part of something that stands out from the rest.“
“I rarely write a review however this deserves to be mentioned.Pumphouse is amazing !! Me and my husband went on a spontaneous night out & loved the outside patio area complete with overhead tents and warmth.Had the best food! I chose the amazing gyro with chicken, & I loved every scrumptious bite. I dont like lamb so glad this is an option...My husband chose fish tacos and it had an extraordinary quantity of a large serving as well as delicious. My husband is tall & is a big eater. We had a great time. And will return many times inthe future! Keep up the good work, "Pumphouse" of Longmont. You have become our favorite!“
“I really enjoyed the set up at Twisted Pine brewery. I ordered the golden wings and omnivore to eat. Really loved the wings. The sauce was very tasty! Wish I had ordered more. Really enjoyed the big shot coffee brew and the cerise was pretty good. Couldn’t taste much cherry in the cerise but it’s all good. Plenty of seating available. Nice place to watch sports and get a drink and some food. It’s nice to order at the counter at your own pace and not have someone ask you every 5 minutes if you need another one. ReallyEnjoyed the ambiance and vibe.“
“Amazing food and a very professional, lively staff that work well with each other! Have had a few bad experiences at other locations in town compared to other cities I’ve lived in as far as feeling unwelcomed, but this place is one of the only locations that actually makes me miss working in the food industry. The fact they don’t accept cards is a little strange to me since I believe all businesses should accept any form of money. Nevertheless, still good food and good vibes.“
“Really wonderful experience here. We tried to go to another spot (totally different cuisine) and had the worst service so we left before we could even order and happily came to Post. Our server was delightful, genuine, and accommodating. Our food was excellent all around. The portions are generous and after a day of brewery hopping, we probably could have shared plates. The deviled eggs were as delicious as all the reviews promised. The “thigh fries” were fun and an enormous portion. For entrees we got the chicken sandwich, a 4 piece bone in order, and chicken tenders. The side dishes were great, especially the collards. Perfect umami flavors- savory, a little sweet, a perfect tang, a little hint of smoke from the pork belly.. just perfect. The food and atmosphere were great but the service is what drove me to write this review. I’m just sorry I don’t remember the waitress’s name.“
“I returned to Niwot after quite a few years for Fritz Family Brewers. I haven't been to this brewery before and glad that I got the chance to go. The atmosphere here is really a lot of fun with with all of the wooden wall clocks on the walls. The beer I enjoyed as well. I got the Family Farm Helles and liked the breadiness and honey flavors from the beer. I really like encountering those flavor features, especially the breadiness and if it's done just right the honey is really good too. And in this case with this Helles Lager it was made very well with good balance overall.Definitely a fun place to go as all those clocks took me down memory lane as both sets of grandparents had these delightful clocks.“
