I ordered a milkshake and a beef guyrol and a colclate milkshake was made with a mixture of the coffee one and colclate not what I wanted and the guyrol was hard as a rock and I had to eat it because I was so hungry. It was bad food and I recommend not to eat here! ?

Dirty tables everywhere, even though no one was inside and they weren't busy. No dipping sauces and the male cashier taking the order was unwelcoming. Had to clean my own table as 2 employees stood there, talked and watched. Go to a different Arby'
Your sandwiches are very tasty, but stop watering down your ketchup. It's like dunking your fries in tomato soup.

The food is OK. Just typical fast food. Almost every place that has a chicken sandwich is better. I got the 2 for $7 with a beef and cheddar and the chicken sandwich. I personally like the French dip better, and they don't have potato cakes anymore.

Highly upset how small the Large Drinks are. I paid an extra $3 something to upgrade my lemonade to a large and the cup was about the size of a medium at mcdonalds. I'd say less then 20 ounces

Worst experience ever at a fast food place. I ordered in drive thru. They had me pull out front because they had to cook fries, 10 minutes later I’m still sitting out front. I go in to see what’s up, and notice that two sandwiches I ordered never got put in my order. So now I have to order those again and wait another 10 minutes for those, making my other food cold and gross. These employees could care less that they forgot items on my order. They were so slow and they were not even very busy. I will never go there again.

If cold food, 15 min wait time and a rude employee is your vibe then you found the place to go. Disappointed because Arby's is usually our fave place for good good and quick service.
