I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification.It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name.Do better El Pollo Loco!! “Parking: We at the parking location that we were sure we could get out of because the line tends of wrap around the whole building for drive-thru and we wanted to be sure to be able to exit the parking lot October done eating inside so we had to park on the North facing wall closest to the street but I guess that's a good sign for quality food if you're not sure you can get out after done eating cuz it's so busy thanks Chick-fil-A it was delicious.“
