I spent 78$ on 2 meals with flavored pancakes and an entree of the chicken pesto crepe and the chicken quesadilla. To be fair presentation was not great at 10 pm, but the food was good. The wait time for the food was longer than expected, it probably was only one cook and there were like 7 tables ordering aswell.

The new hostess Cici is very nice. She had a smile the whole time and took care of us. We had to wait for our table, but she was able to make us laugh and I didn't seem like we were waiting at all.

give tony a raise!! such a pleasant experience. i think they were understaffed this day. tony was the host, server, busser, and cashier!! he was very attentive and kept a great attitude while running the whole front end himself!

Enjoyed a late night meal here and the server found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a sundae.Parking: Plenty of parking but they share a lot with several other businesses including restaurants so during typical meal time it might be difficult to get something close

Our food came out cold, and dry, our server prioritized other tables before us and was inattentive. The only good part was the balloon man that happened to be at the restaurant that day for the kids. Will not be returning to this location again.

My favorite restaurant on the north side of Denver. I dine in sometimes and sometimes I take out. I like breakfast at any time of the day. BTW, servers don't make a very high base pay. They work hard and deserve at least a 15-20% tip on the bill! And if you think that it's clever to eat and split without paying think again. You can end up in jail and deserve what you get!Parking: There is ample handicap parking on the south side of the building and a lot of parking on the north side.Kid-friendliness: My "children" are adults as are my grandchildren, but the staff will help anyone to help their young ones enjoy their meals.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access but no electric door for ease of entry. But the staff can move chairs for wheelchair access.

Waited an hour for our food. The server thought he was a comedian and made jokes about us not eating today after he knew they were taking a while to prepare the food. The atmosphere was the worst. There were screeming kids that were excessively loud. I can understand a kid here and there as I do have four kids. This was the worst atmosphere ever. My ears were ringing, and I was about five tables away from these families. They have a back area that is separated they should put families with little ones back there. I'm not 100% sure, but if they took as long serving those families as they did mine I'm sure the kids got restless and wanted to leave. I watched a family wait at the table next to mine and not even get drinks, then our great comedian waiter jokes with them about not eating today. They packed it up and left, I wish I would have wised up like they did. The waiter was slow, forgetful, and a terrible comedian. Normally, we like IHOP and the Balloon guy, which makes it enjoyable for the kids. I'm not sure what was wrong on 3-23-24 at 12:30pm. The balloon guy wasn't there, and that was fine. The waiter brought the wrong food to the table originally and then looked as if he had no clue where the food belonged, he did remember it wasn't ours then went to the table behind us to deliver it but it wasn't their food either. He did find the table a little while later after he sat their food in front of two different customers. After we waited patiently for our food, he came out with everyone's food except for my daughter's and joked again to her, saying, "I guess you don't get to eat today." Come on, we just waited an hour for food. He asked if we needed anything, my son wanted more chocolate milk, so we let him know. He finally brought out my daughter's food without the chocolate milk and then said, "If you need anything, let me know." We said just the chocolate milk he was like, "Oh yeah, I forgot. Overall, I'm just disappointed with the service.

For a business that wanted to change their name to International House of Burgers I had assumed that they would have decent burgers. I've never been more wrong in my life. The lettuce and tomatoes were just week old piles of disgusting slime, the patty itself was the driest thing I've ever put in my mouth, and to top it all off, there was little to no sauce on it. Even the fries were soggy. How do you mess up a burger and fries this badly?

Our server Sara was awesome we had a great breakfast and her service was more than exceptional!! Sadly we witnessed another table blow up on her due to her plate having a bit of cheese on it. Sara handled the situation very well even offering them to get the dishes fixed, customer was not having it and began to yell and scream at Sara for absolutely no reason.There are ways to talk to serves and screaming and being rude to them is not the way to get what you want!Thanks agian Sara!!
