The Food left something to be desired. The rib sauce tasted like syrup and was too sweet, the French onion soup was thick like a chowder and too salty. The filet wasn't that great of quality either. It's okay food but certainly not worth the price.

Waited for a table for 10 mins at just before 9 on a Sat evening. Went to the (empty) bar while waiting to be seated and was reluctantly helped by a bartender who was more involved in sidework than service. Paid too much for drinks (that were handled by unwashed hands, bussing during the tend on glasses left not even on the bar but beneath). Got seated, our server was friendly and brought bread. Ordered 2 apps, they took at least 15 mins to come out if not 20. The apps were great. More bread was offered, but it didn’t come.Dinner came out a good while later, with the appetizer plates still sitting on the table, crowded, with staff handling clean food and dirty plates at the same time. Only 4 out of 5 entree plates at the table were delivered, with one trailing that trailed by 5-7 minutes.My entree (steak/shrimp) were luke warm at best, my 2nd side was missing. The trailing entree arrived, again, barely warm. The steak I got was a sirloin - it was tough and bland. My missing side came out, it was cold. The rice (that came with the shrimp) was undercooked.We were all hungry, so we just ate without complaining, but for what we paid, I expected significantly better delivery and quality. If you want to be known as a Steakhouse and charge Steakhouse prices, you gotta deliver and you fell short.

Love LoneStar, My go.to.os always Flos Filet, 6 or 9 Oz sweet potatoe and Asparagus (loved butter nit squash in the past but for some reason stopped serving it) Strawberry salad is excellent and of course strawberry desert to finish ot all up!

The hostess with the blond hair was too preoccupied on her phone to actually enter our information while we waited for a table, our server wasn’t even the person that brought our food out and only checked in once before bringing us our bill, and the table next to us was so loud and unruly, any other restaurant would have addressed their volume. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, I’ve had better service at McDonald’s.
