placed an order on mcdonald's app at 10:16am. arrived at the store at 10:25. they didnt have my food ready and the manager was very incompetent as she did not help locate my order. therefore, the order was canceled at 10:41 and the manager just stared at me. i was clearly frusted with her incompetence, she did not apologize or try to fix things. very poor manager behavior and customer service skills. im done with McDonald's at this point, using my points and deleting the app for sure because of this location and manager.

Whatever McDonald's you go to, do not let it be this one. I would almost guarantee with 100% certainty your little one(s) will end up with a virus of some sort due to the lack of basic cleanliness. The service was intolerable, the cleanliness and atmosphere was revolting to say THE LEAST. The lobby, the play place, and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I highly recommend ANY other McDonald's restraunt over this one ESPECIALLY if your child(ren) want to explore the play place. I had planned on dining in, but after seeing the condition of this restaurant I could not and would not. Obvious health code violations were disregarded. After calling about 15 times I finally spoke with the manager only to be hung up on mid sentence and then blocked. I'm very disappointed and disgusted with this restraunt and will be taking the proper steps in having the issues address appropriately.

One of the most unfriendly restaurants of the franchises and the food was bland and rubbery. I think they used the wrong patties for our 2 quarter pounders...they were tiny and flat. Not big and juicy at all, my burger barely covered the bun. Plus one of the Big Mac's had way too much sauce and the other hardly had any. The sandwiches were not hot but the fries were excellent. For an order that was over $40 I expected a lot better quality from such a longtime established restaurant.

What a joke your establishment is in regards to efficiency and friendly service. Your manager Alejandra would rather take a $6 refund than apologize for their inability to deliver courteous and fast food take out with integrity. I drove back to your restaurant for the rest of my paid meal which they forgot and had us wait for in their curbside during a slow Wednesday and was told that I could have a refund and not My missing items. Take a note in: how- to-RE-train your team and deliver upon basic customer service 101. Will never return to this location. You have lost our families business.

Food poisoning!!!!I got an order 2 days ago(so February 7th) , and it was 2 big macs and some chicken nuggets and something else I believe, I ate part of one of the big macs and then was throwing up after a little bit, with stomach pain to follow. I put the other Burger in the fridge for the next day, and same thing yesterday I ate part of the burger and was throwing up in the bathroom and I'm now having stomach pain, be careful what you eat from this location because this is not the first time, they need to be checking their meat this is not safe
