The fish that came with the fish and chips was so hard it was hard to eat. The steak was very rare supposed to be med-rare. The lobster was rubbery.

Had the worst experience! Rolls were cold, taps for beer weren’t working, received wrong order, sat by wait station, power went out when we were trying to pay! No compensation for all the bad!!

Went in for lunch, didn't know they had endless shrimp all the time now.Service was just outstanding, waitress was so nice and so helpful, running the bar as well as our table.
The most horrible experience ever. They say they'll put you on a wait list for 30 mins. Then never text you that your table is ready. When we show up after 30 mins they say they won't seat you. Never setting foot here ever.

Red Lobster has REALLY increased their prices. They're having LobsterFest right now and every meal is $50 or more. Although, there was one nice surprise where you can get all you can eat shrimp for only $25 on the every day menu! My hubby had that and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was also nice to see that they didn't change anything with the biscuits!!!! The atmosphere needs an update. The booth seats where we sat were worn out and torn. The prices and the surroundings didn't go together. Finally, it seems that servers aren't trained like they used to be. I'm used to getting the whole package at Red lobster... Not even close! Bummer!

A little slow to get our food, but it was delicious!
Waitress / bartender could have been more attentive only 2 other people in the bar and all you can eat shrimp ended up 2 plates left hungry after spending good money .
Don't get me wrong The food was good but one of the girls that was working behind the bar had a mask on that kept falling under her nose and then she kept coughing on everything including the drinks that she was pouring. Needless to say I paid my bill and I left but if you work in the restaurant business and you're sick please don't come to work and cough around my food.

1.5 hrs to get our food, no waitress came to refill or drinks, shrimp was cold, did not get our endless shrimp refill. Waited 2 hrs after asking numerous times to talk to a manager. It was a very bad experience after we came to celebrate 3 Birthday'

Had a hankering for Red Lobster with My Lady. Enjoyed the Wednesday special (steak & Lobster) while my date chose the shrimp (pick 3). Marcus? did a great job taking care of us. They honored the 10% military discount which was huge plus for us. We enjoyed our dinner.
